FormKiQ is a very easy company to work with who provides very hands-on service directly from their development and management team.
FormKiQ was very easy to work with and were able to customize their delivery to meet our exact specifications. They were also flexible with the licensing model, allowing us to retain important IP where we needed it.
N/A - there are no downsides that I can think of.

Excellent organization to work with, responsive to our needs to extend the features to support our search scenarios. Did high quality work, cost-effectively.
Exactly what we needed - a core, headless Document Management System to wrap in our own service to embed in our platform.
We needed a bit more flexibility with search/retrieval, which they provided.
