Pros and Cons from Cerberus FTP Server users
+15
Client setup for most common secure transfer scenarios is straightforward and bullet proof. Documentation and support for more advanced scenarios is superb.
The only negative for me was I found it a little tricky to get the SSL cert installed. That may not be an issue for admins with more knowledge than me, it was just more difficult than IIS.
Easy Implementation, Great pricing, Packed with Features, excellent logging, FTPS/FTPES & SFTP on one server software.
Lack of favicon customization. Every time I upgrade I have to do it manually.
My users love how easy it is to use. Management likes the cost of maintenance.
Some of the new GUI menus are a little weird. I prefer the old GUI menus.
It's easy to use and train on as well. It also has great AD integration and security which gives you a lot of options on how to set this up and use shares as well.
Not sure how we're to get updates to the purchased software. The issue is we've purchased it and there hasn't been any follow-up from CSR about enhancements/bug fixes or updates.
Active Directory integration is huge for us. Event Manager is great as it allows us to launch PowerShell scripts upon certain actions.
User friendly and good overview with auhorization.
Easy to deploy, administer, stability, over all very good software.
There is minimal resource consumption and a very impressive number of features and security options that you can implement.
Overall it has worked great for what we need it for.
In addition, Cerberus FTP Server is Scalable, Clean-Cut and Simple for End Users, and Supports Multiple Sharing Protocols. My absolute favorite feature is Sharing Files via HTTPS.
Very intuitive and customizable to operate, the system is feature rich and easy to update.
Employee's and recipients need only a browser to share files. A very minimalistic interface keeps things easy and smooth and requires less overhead from IT when introducing to new users.
We use the software to securely transmit sensitive company data to our vendors and from our vendors back to us. It is very easy to update and very simple to deal with Cerberus' customer support.
Customer support when needed is very fast. End users need very little help if at all.

The technical support team was fabulous. Really helpful, on the spot and extremely polite.
That there is no search for files in the AS2 connector input/output tab.
RSSBus Connect allowed us to easily automate MFT operations to quickly deliver important files to our customers. We have been very pleased with the ease-of-use and abilities of the product.
It currently does not support using Postgres functions to build out an API.
The ability to have and control all my EDI servers in one installation. The breadth of features is amazing.
Every EDI connection is representd on one design view. It can be a little messy when you have a lot of trading partners.
We choose this software over other brands because it was easy to use and support was just awesome.
Arc support team has been amazing and very responsive. So far they have helped me navigate some rather complex use cases.
The server was installed and configured with a lot of ease. When came upon any technical issue the tech teams response was prompt extremely polite and helpful.
Well i would like to start by saying that this is indeed overall an excellent software. We had mainly acquired it for AS2 transactions.
This is an amazing software to begin with. It is used mainly for EDI exchange when the need presented for AS2 transactions.
RSSBus Connect is easy to setup and provides a wide variety of supported integration options.
RSSBus Connect allowed us to gain more ownership of the integration between HubSpot and Dynamics 365.

Pros and Cons from Virtru users

All you need to do is click a button and you are good to go. It seems pretty secure and, by and large, it is a reliable program.
I don't know if this is because of user error on their end, software error, or if the instructions for non-account holders are difficult to follow.
This software is super user friendly providing clients with an awesome experience and easy accessibility to secure, important information.
I have had a number of employees suddenly no longer have Virtru installed and wondering how to get it back. While not that hard to "reinstall", it is bothersome that this occurs.
The extension into Chrome and working seamlessly with Gmail is wonderful. The ability to set controls and even making sent mail disappear after 10 days is outstanding.
Virtru emails tend to be sent to spam which caused many patients to miss our communication.
Customer support is some of the most prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful I've ever encountered. That makes up for the rare times when VIRTRU gets cranky, LOL.
I have heard from many recipients that they have difficulty accessing them and it's not obvious to me as the sender why this happens. The messages often go to a spam or junk folder.
The ease of use - being able to click the toggle to turn encryption on and off is wonderful.
I love virtru because it is so easy and accessible and secure.
I love that you can choose which emails to include this on and it's not required on all emails.
Agencies use it as well which makes it more convenient. Super easy to add to your gmail as well.
I love that this is integrated directly into my outlook so when I create a new email all I have to do is click the virtru button and it sends my email encrypted.
I like that you don't need to visit the dashboard to do so. I reached out for customer support and received timely responses.
I appreciate that Virtru can be integrated into my Outlook and can autodecrypt without requiting a password on a separate window each time.
What I liked most about virtru is that it wasn’t too difficult to set up on my gmail email account. This software was something I was told to start using, so I do not know what its cost was.
And as I mentioned, I was not involved in the buying decision and do not know the cost or value.
Simple and easy integration. No need to change MX records or alter hosting options.

Pros and Cons from Onehub users

I love the ease of use of the software for myself and my clients. The mobile app makes the documents accessible at any time...even on the go.
There was an instance where processing of documents was delayed by several hours. It really wasn't a big deal, but it is honestly the worst I've experienced with the service.
Onehub starts as a great document repository for master corporate documents. From there it morphs into a great dataroom product where you can create multiple datarooms for various uses.
Some outside users have had trouble accessing the data room from their work emails, and I've had to send them access via their personal emails.
No other software provides the same features for even half the price. The ease of use and support makes it a winner.
Providing access is tricky with the link and once someone has access they don't get invited again and claim they don't have a log in.
Customer Service is SUPERB. I'm mildly tech challenged so support has made using this really easy & convenient.
The inability to make files “Favorite” and have them up top. The inability to send document links from the app.
I very much like the 'click-agreement' option, very useful as an NDA type agreement on due diligence type data room setups.
It is so easy to connect your bank, sub contractors, statements, etc. I love that all my information is in one place.
Of particular value are the daily emails that I get whenever someone accesses the data room and what they look at; it is a great way to gauge an investor's interest and focus.
For this type of product, I would call the overall experience excellent. I can’t think of any other package that I have not considered abandoning within five years, other than perhaps GSuite.
Works well with most internet browsers. Securely share files over cloud technology, Easy to use UI, Cost effective.

Express Backup with free physical hardware shipment for initial backup was awesome and convenient. Ability to integrate with Synology DSM is important.
Fails from time to time, not sure why. Have to leave the computer on all the time and takes a long time to back up a small amount of files.
I am happy with the value. So long as you don't expect any wow factor in speed, customer service, and snag free customized setup, I would recommend to anyone looking for a value service.
Most of the time the backup works as it should. Other times it fails to back up to the cloud my files/folders.
With cloud storage pricing increasing, IDrive offers a great solution for those looking to switch over to their platform. They offer awesome deals for users that are first time users.
The feature missing that I would want the most is continuous backup. The scheduler allows a daily, and weekly backup and hourly backup only.
There's nothing like automated backup, so this is one of many good choices that accomplish this, hands-off once you set it up properly.
Alittle bit sluggish when you need to restore files.
I'm pretty happy with the security and ease of use and like the value for money.
I loved being able to handle backups for ALL my drives and mobile devices on a single account and the online interface is great.
The customer service has been great and I have appreciated al the tutorials on how to use it properly.
Overall iDrive is an good solution for Online backup, no days with all the randsomwares attacks you should always have online backup, and iDrive is a good one to use.
This idrive is user friendly and i recommend it to my colleagues.
I like that it easily and automatically backs up my files on my computer and external hard drive. I also like the mobile app that easily backs up my phone.
The price of the service, if you are able to find some offer online, is very good compared to the other options. There are clients for most of the OSes.
Ease of use, along with seamless integration of existing software.
This makes it a great solution to protect against ransomware. If you get hit by ransomware, you can restore older versions of the files that are not corrupted.
I have been able to restore data on the fly in the event of a hardware failure to any registered device quickly. This has turned out to be the best feature.

Their support has been great in helping me with any issues I have, and that has been very few and far between.
Notifications that uploads have been unsuccessful are a little too subtle - meaning that you can miss it if you are working quickly (as we so often are during board pack creation).
The Board is happy with the software, it is user friendly, displays well on computer, tablet, or phone. As an admin I am happy with the support whenever it is needed.
Sometimes the icons are confused and even when you created a page, the icons inside this page are weird.
OnBoard has been great for our Board members and all users enjoy it. Great communication tool, very easy to use.
The video I could see and hear was choppy and hard to follow. I was unable to log in from my portable devices, and when I thought I was logged in, i could not be heard.
Also, the agenda is super easy to build. And it will be terrific to have all the board documents from our meetings saved on the portal and accessible at any time.
I'm not sure that it is an actual con, but, the permissions are a little confusing to me. I will set up meetings and resources for my boss to tell me they are not in OnBoard.
Very professional, supportive and knowledgeable people who walk you through the onboarding process and provide continual support and check-ins. Very impressive and welcome.
The customer support is great as they are very responsive and friendly to work with and the online resources are also very helpful and easy to use.
OnBoard provides a secure and convenient way to share Board packets, policies and important information. Robust features, easy to use, highly secure.
It has been a positive experience overall. They are there to support you and offer assistance when and where needed to help make your Portal a success.
We really love this product. It's great for the price and easy for our end-users and boardmembers alike to use it, many of whom are not tech savvy.
Their customer service is fabulous, the product is great, and seems to always be evolving.
The ability to build your agenda and attach the information is great and helps members find the meeting information in one place without having to scroll through an entire book.
Does everything I need it to; integration with Zoom; unlimited storage; ease of providing documents to board members and all committees; good looking/ease of use; responsive staff at OnBoard.
The calendar feature is also nice for members who sit on multiple committees and the fact you can add your zoom link in or do zoom integration is great.
OnBoard is very user friendly for a variety of types of technology users. It is cost effective and can be used in a very simple way or more customized for fuller integration with other systems.

The improvement you get in communication between employees is great and results in far better proficiencies across your whole business.
Many international debit/credit cards don't work on the payment platform, and to make matters worse the company shuts off access to your account as soon as a payment fails.
Best to remember that no commercially available product is going to be perfect for everyone, so taking this into consideration they have done a great job in developing the product.
The page refresh lags a bit. So sometimes when I'm working I find that things seem a bit sluggish.
Great support and they reach out quickly with answers or help resolve any issues in a timely manner.
The biggest negative aspect of this software is that you cannot conduct meetings with more than one person.
What we have loved most about about MangoApps is how helpful the team was in guiding us through every step of the implementation.
The search feature doesn't always pick up what I'm looking for, which can be frustrating.
It's very easy to use and makes everything super organized. I like the fact there is an app and I can download it to my phone and use the chat function when I am on the go.
Great Tool for streamlining communication and running an effective organization.
I love the ability to see documents and policies by specific departments and to have quick access to different integrated services.
What I like most about this software is the opportunities it creates to sync together our distanced community.
Great for collaboration and information sharing between inter-companies.
Easy to use and easy to navigate. Software is friendly to users who are not computer saavy.
I found the ease of adding and removing guest users for seasonal employees, with low pricing very attractive points.
Easy to Use, Cost Effective Collaboration Platform.
I also like how customizable the site can be. Multiple integrations with tools we already use.
Easy to use, very customizable, and helpful customer support when problems arised.

Pros and Cons from Google Drive users

Filestream integrates perfectly with Windows Explorer. I LOVE that I can access files on my computer that are on the shared drive in the same way I would access a file in MyDocuments.
There isn't much I don't like about google drive. The offline work can be a little tricky at times and I have lost a few sentences due to this feature.
Overall I am pleased with drive. It is user friendly and being someone who is not tech savvy it is nice to be able to use without having to contact support.
There is some frustration for lack of support for older devices which sometimes are just used for storage themselves.
Overall, I am very happy with Google Drive. It is a good investment when backing up your files.
Furthermore, it seems to keeps failing to sync a specific type of file (.suo , a Visual Studio related file) which however is only just a bit annoying and does not cause any trouble.
The best part of google drive is that I can save my personal files, images, docs, videos and anything else which is very important for me and I can use these everywhere through this drive.
I am unsure of the encryption and how hard it would be for someone to hack in and obtain my files. As I am aware it is very hard but everything in the cloud these days has some risk.
Over the years, I had fallen in love with it. The interface and ease of accessing my files is wonderful.
Most easy to set up and use with amazing functionalities to search for saved old files, documents and pictures. Providing access to the team is easy to collaborate.
I like this software ! it helps me a lot when I have to send teaching videos with big size files. The integration systems in the software are amazing.
Easy to use and share documents, pictures, to all your devices to finish task where ever you are. If you are a gamer this will be awesome for you as well.
Very useful and incredibly helpful for staying organized. For the price it is incredibly worth it and comes highly recommended.
It has a great collaborative tools, which you can share any kind of Google documents. Also has the ability to create shared folders so your team can add/modify any files related to it.
I love the ease I can organize my documents and sheets, as well as other forms of data. IT's also a fantastic way to share data.
It's super reliable, easy enough to use (might need to be shown the first time), uncluttered and effective. Sharing permissions are great, making it clear who has access to what.
My best experience has been using support team to recover my lost/deleted files. It was great to know there is a way to get them back.
Oh man, never saw excellent customer services like this, you can solve all your issues with their chat services.

Pros and Cons from Slack users

The best features of Slack are its innovative interface and easy to use features. Slack makes it simple, and even kind of fun, to communicate with your coworkers quickly.
While they are only visible to me, I am always worried that I accidentally posted something wrong.
I like the different slack channels for various departments, tech-support, team, individual messaging, and celebrating my teams successes or helping each other out with account challenges.
I disliked the inability to make a public group "private" after it's creation. Would occasionally lag and my.
Slack has been a winner for me no matter which role I am filling. Teams adopt it quickly it's easy to use, easy to set up, and has abundant opportunities for integrations.
I hate hate hate how often I struggle with using the video share and audio when someone calls me on slack. It almost never works for me.
Slack has been the best decision made as far as intra-company communications platform, and also project friendly. Sharing of files and easy display help save time and effort.
They found it awkward that everything was a chat in Slack and uncomfortable with sending out a message that may "bother" others for small issues, and reverted to email, even with consistent reminders.
Super easy set up, effortless onboarding, and great pricing plan for small groups. It has strong search functionality and intuitive threading.
I like the chat option because I can send and receive real-time messages and chat with my team directly and the Slack messaging app is very powerful and amazing.
You can have fun and customize. For example: We have a 'Jokes' channel that the slack bot will tell you jokes if you ask 'bot tell me a dad joke'- It's amazing.
It's super easy to stay connected with all of your colleagues. The desktop app is very nice.
It combines the depth you get from email communications with the efficiency of texting. And, if you do it right it is great for building a good, fun company culture.
In addition, files are saved and archived for easy access. I also liked the ease of use and ability to collaborate with anyone in your organization.
I love the giphy option, some of the gif’s are hilarious. Also, some of the integrations are very useful - google calendar especially.
I like the ability to quickly reach out to someone with a quick question vs. email. Having groups is also useful for the same reason of quickly updating a broader, interested audience.
Slack was a great platform that made the workplace feel like a community. Its user friendly interface allowed everyone to come together and share messages of high importance.
OVerall Slack is very good and highly recommended if your budget allows it.

Pros and Cons from Google Workspace users

Love it, love it love it. As a small business, it has al of the tools we need to run and operate our business.
For example, inserting code into a google doc is sometimes ugly and extremely inconvenient. I imagine there are other similar specialized use cases that should be added.
My overall experience with Google Workspace has been great. There are so many useful tools within it and it is perfect for a business owner.
We did run into occasional glitches and bugs, especially where access permissions are concerned, which can be a problem.
A really great place to work out of, ease of use is 10/10, and just really a workplace's best friend.
At times when files are imported from external apps such as Microsoft 360 for example there are loss of formatting and data types which is inconvenient.
Google Workspace is a great productivity suite that always feels great to use. We use it every day, and have always been happy with it.
It seems that it has more potential if someone would have thought a bit more on usability. The worst part in Google products is the lack of support.
The integration of Google Meets was a good addition that responded to the evolving marketplace of remote visual meetings (and at least for now it's free, which is also a great bonus).
I love having everything in one spot and the pricing is really good for me too. I like that they offer a BA agreement option as well.
The best part is that it provides all the google tools like, docs, slides, sheets, meet, and many other in this one workspace. So, by this you can make your workspace more effective and productive.
Gsuite comes with a bunch of features that makes email user friendly, secure, and professional. It has great calendar, video conference, storage, and great synchronization with the smart phone.
There are great turnkey templates that are suitable for quizzes, courses, grading and reporting. Email infrastructure is great for using inside your organization.
Its awesome, customer service is ALWAYS super helpful and help you out very quickly with any issues and its also very easy to use.
G Suite is a very reliable, cost effective and easy to use product. I would recommend it to anyone and have recommended it to my friends.
Lots of integrations with other platforms made it so strong in it's segment. Their Help section is amazing to find solutions if we don't know something about the platform.
It is scalable and can be easily managed across devices. Features like 'schedule send' are a godsend, the ability to label emails and creates folders makes it so easy to focus on what matters.
I really like the simplicity of google workspace. Customer service as been great too.

So natural to utilize Very visual Price is correct Easy to add/eliminate individuals Search ability is superb.
The accidental "drag/move/delete" is scary for us because you can accidentally move a card when you're just trying to scroll over on the screen and that can be problematic.
The product has a good look and is easy to use. Regarding the integration of the processes, it is very good and agile with the other members.
Fear of insecurity is a shortcoming of the apps. Some bad people can use this app for their ill purpose.
Excellent software to maintain the progress as a team and achieve the targets as a team. Monitor the team's progress and a wonderful application full of tools helps us to do things right.
I HATE that i can not see the archived tasks on the calender as an option. Not being able to archive a task after you complete it and still see it on the calender is a bummer.

Its a very helpful tool. I use when when I work from home and I love when I have all my documents on my MacBook from dropbox- without copying them; they just are there, love it.
The group and user policy is alittle bit weird to understand and alittle bit confusing. I had to redo the whole access policy twice because it was not working as i wanted.
Love the different type of software it has to offer such as storage or the quality of being able to save.
To have the file uploaded in the background with limited speeds irrespective of the download or upload speed is something that has irritated me.
Very user friendly interface sync is very reliable good retention features. Lan sync and smart sync features are great.
It has some integration that sometimes provides warnings through Excel, but other file types are completely at risk of having conflicting copies.
It is easy to integrate with other software, making it perfect for backup of my company website. Also perfect for filesharing of collaborating work with others.
The organization of the files and the overall appearance on the desktop is terrible. It is so hard to find and search for files.
Everything has been awesome, their support and billin team is quite helpful and they have fair pricing.
Overall, I have been so happy with the user interface and the ease of access to my information. Dropbox saved the day on many occasions.
I like the ease of use that this software provides. Let's you have many capabilities and you can do backups whenever you like which is a nice feature.
Its super easy to store files in the cloud and share it with coworkers and nice that you also can use it for free.
It's been really great, it easy to use that's something I can brag about for sure, the storage as well on free trial is really impressive cause that was what made me like it more.
Really good for business, good storage, easy to use and good price in compared with other programs.
I am having wonderful experience of this effective storage solution. I can r the deleted files restore previous file versions.
Easy and good customer support. We have done many work from this fantastic software and that was really impressive and really good experience.
Fully featured and easy to use. Great iOS integration - for some reason, "Save to Dropbox" appears in "share" menus more often than other solutions.
My favorite things include: admin portal, customer support/responsiveness, ease of use, desktop and mobile apps. The workflow is nice and simple to use, even for the most novice users.

Very positive experience - any successful business would find significant efficiencies and opportunities by moving to 365.
This is the sort of thing the hard drive resident application never struggled with. Conditional formatting layered up is the sort of thing that causes problems.
I love how secure the platform is, the software is easy to navigate. I love the fact that it is accessable worldwide.
Sometimes i get logged out and have trouble logging back in. This is very rare but can be confusing and upsetting as everything is on there.
We utilize all that the product has to offer on a daily basis and are quite happy with the product. It helps us manage our business better and provides the tools necessary to communicate effectively.
I hate, hate, hate, hate the fact that you cannot install each app on its own. It is pointless to force people who only need Excel or Word to install EVERYTHING.
I love the advanced security & ease of use with this program (once I figured it out LOL). The cloud based business applications make a world of difference.
Next, when an Excel sheet is corrupted, no backup is taken and we end up losing the whole file.
It's another game changer for us (most of us work from home). The way everything fits together is awesome and having MS Teams at the centre of it all is brilliant.
I love the ease of use of the product, I love what the product can do and I love all of the various options. Specifically Sharepoint, Outlook and OneDrive.
Integration, coherence and great ability to cope with plenty of scenarios. Some applications are best of class, others are the current state of the art.
I also really like that I can share files with others, making collaboration easy. This feature is a lifesaver when I am not able to meet in-person with colleagues.
It has improved my productivity dramatically and allowed me to put together clean documents and beautiful presentations for my purposes.
I like some of the apps that you can integrate with the system. They are superior and more advanced.
I've been using Office for 30+ years, and it's still the best of the best. Excel along is worth the price of the software, couldn't imagine using anything else for spreadsheets.
Of the time I contact the help desk the problem is solved efficiently and kindly which is appreciated when you are not super savvy with technology.
It is a boon for productivity, for word processing, presentation, database management, emailing, spreadsheets and display is amazing at good cost per user.
Ability to connect information across all the MS office apps locally and online. Great online support and tutorials.

This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing.
The worst thing is that some resources are paid, which limits the use of the platform by people who cannot pay.
The paid version has some excellent functionality additions like dependencies and custom labels/tags, which can be really helpful.
Sometimes tickets get lost or buried but I feel that this comes down to user error and workload management and is not so much a fault of ht software or design.
Overall, I love that Asana is super easy to use, but also has more advanced features when you need them.
I find it very inconvenient that I can't copy tasks to another project on mobile. This is my only complaint about Asana.
Asana is awesome for project management especially when working with a team. It has an easy interface to use, it is great.
Limited storage space for the smaller plan which is inadequate for the bigger projects and notification sometimes get delayed.
So far it's been great, I looked at a couple of their competitors and Asana seemed to be the best. So far I'm happy with our decision.
Portfolios are great for keeping an eye on multiple projects. Having the ability to add tasks to multiple projects is a big plus and very helpful so that tasks can be seen from various perspectives.
I find this incredibly easy to use and helpful to plan future projects and tasks for each. It has a nice structure, which helps.
It’s nice to look at the tasks I have for the day or week in a manner that doesn’t have me scrolling so much or doing a lot to gain access to a task. The templates for projects help immensely too.
I love Asana because of the easy to navigate interface, visual organization, and ability to create custom fields that allow my agency to get the most out of our project setups.
This software program is great for our smaller team and cost effective as well. We are able to manage team projects and I like that we can set it up for recurring monthly projects.
I love how many other programs integrate with this software. It is a great project management tool for freelancers or agencies.
Easy to use, great customer service, and fun (yes a software can be fun).
Overall experience with Asana is good. Its easy to use and worth the money.

Quick synching and the ability to organise folders and sub-folders is great. Overall, a decent program and certainly useful for small businesses such as myself.
OneDrive has changed in 2021 and this change has brought about headache for all. No syncing because the OneDrive is locked and awaiting action by users who has no idea as to what is wrong.
What I like best about this software is its ease of use and integration with Microsoft products and services.
Where do I begin, it constant instability, it is very hard to use use, sharing process and access permission are coming from hell and the version control is simply sadistic.
This allow my team members files to be in its own "space" and this was a good thing. This was what I liked about the OneDrive but.
The most problem I have as a user is the sync problem, sometimes it gets stuck and you have to restart your computer.
Its great to have a backup for all of your devices. Also great you can share files and docs with others with a link.
This may be because of our internal security but the whole login "thing" with this seems inconsistent and annoying. I understand the reason for it and how it's used, it just makes me nuts sometimes.
I use this for some collaboration but mostly to hedge against things like virus / ransomware attacks. A nice easy backup solution that has saved my butt a few times.
Ease of use, reliability, security are great. It is easy to train employees on this software.
I love that OneDrive is easy to use, and also makes it easy to store and share files. I also like the access control abilities to control who can access/use links and with which permissions/abilities.
I am greatly satisfied with this software. Its easy to use, has a good value for money and lets you save and share files in my workplace.
I love OneDrive's seamless integration into my computer. It doesn't feel like I'm using a separate drive to store my documents; it simply feels like I am saving my documents on my computer.
I like the ease of uploading documents and videos, good for storage of some items, usually anything important I move quickly, it has been useful for both work and personal needs.
It is seamless, holds photos, works automatically and all you have to do is stay signed in. This is an excellent program for backing up all your material.
In general i love onedrive, it makes my life a lot easier and the cost is very good, i always get extra bonus storage and this is very good.
One of its best features is the online office apps. The customer service is top notch, I once accidentaly deleted some files, and they recover them within an hour of my help submission.
Positive Experience so far and have not yet had to contact Customer Service with any issues.

The best feature of monday.com is its ability to help you integrate your tasks into your calendar. The easy to use tool allows you to efficiently manage projects and meet deadlines.
The software spam your inbox with many unwanted mails. Unable to track project goals easily.
Visually stunning and satisfying great tool helps in smooth management of our projects, ditching the need for any spreadsheets and manual tracking.
We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.
I really love a lot about Monday. It's clean, has a beautiful design, easy to use and just overall a great product.
Terrible with the customer service. We are now actively looking for a replacement.
I really like the beautiful, intuitive and easy-to-use interface, if you used similiar tools before you will be at ease with monday.com.
Sometimes the information gets lost on each ticket, especially on larger teams.
I love its ease of use, the ability to track by project, and the ability to customize the templates to fit your needs.
I also appreciate the ease with which participants can be added in order to follow progress of tasks. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to manipulate tasks.
IT's one of those tools you enjoy using aesthetically. For general project or product management, it works great and is super easy to figure out.
Monday is very easy to use, has excellent help and tutorials, and extremely responsive tech support. They regularly add new features and improvements.
The clarity of which you can identify the tasks necessary and the way the tasks roll up to completion. I like that it has clear large status bars that you can customize for ease of viewing.
I love how flexible and powerful Monday.com is. It is very easy to build out tracking sheets that interact with Aeschylus other and dynamically update.
And customer support/community around the platform is great, the folks at monday.com are quick to respond and help out with getting you up and running with specific needs and requirements.
I like that there are templates for a variety of project types available, and that there are many integration opportunities.
I am also a big fan of the customization available on the grids and with the premium subscription, you have a whole lot of integration and automation options available.
Easy to use interface, good user community, one tool that can make the work of 4 (planning, customers, testing, budgeting) and anything else you turn it into.

Pros and Cons from WeTransfer users

When using the platform to transfer files they oftenly do collabs or feature other creative art work on their site to really capture the audience or the user, it's very nice and I appreciate that.
If the downloading or uploading process is interrupted, there are no resume option and i need to start everything from the start which is very inconvenience.
Wetransfer is the great tool to share your files online. The best thing about it is getting a confirmation e-mail when the receiver downloads your files which is very convenient.
I hate how the files expire after a certain amount of days. I've actually lost files because of this.
WeTransfer has helped me transfer huge important files with ease and quickness. I used their free trial to check out the maximum benefits, and it would definitely be worth the money.
The duration to keep the files is way too short, I had many problems with my clients because of that. Combining the files in a Zip folder is annoying.
WeTransfer makes it so easy to send large files to people online - it's honestly the best way out there. Oh and it's interface is easy and fun.
Theres nothing i really dislike, but alot of times the transfer get directly into the spam tab (especially in locamail) or have a big delay between send and arrived.
I love that it’s free and I can send huge files to clients. It’s super easy to use and as long as you remind your client to download files, all is good.
Ease of use is the #1 most important thing for quickly sending files. This product is great because it starts with and highlights the basics.
It's really nice and modern looking way to share files with clients and prospects. Our speakers during the promotion of our research paper were amazed by it.
What I LOVE about WeTransfer is that the person that receives your link can just download your link WITHOUT signing in or up for this service. It's so easy to use and your clients will LOVE it.
I use the free version to send photos to my clients, the best thing is that it maintains the quality of the images. When the recipient downloads, they notify me by email, that helps me organize.
I have a free account and it works perfect, is easy to use and has great customer service. Overall nice experience.
Wetransfer have a very good function which resume your file if it's failed while downloading and that is best feature of online clouds. Free subscription give 2 GB files uploading.
We will continue to use this software every day. It's super easy and simple to use and to integrate into our everyday use for internal and external office and home use.
The most important aspect of WeTransfer that I needed the most is sending large files rapidly. The software is quite fast, you choose which file you would like to upload and leave the rest to it.
I will also say; the turnaround for customer support is extremely timely. Each ticket has a very short turnaround, so you won't wait long for answers or solutions.

It is a fantastic product and its security features give our business confidence to be in compliance with all regulations we are required to follow.
Sadly it does not work on my kindle Ir the android tablet I had. With everything going mobile these days, you would think they'd be compatible by now.
I like the simplicity and good features and the appropriate speed of Box platform, you can easily transfer files from any device to the cloud storage space of the box.
This product has very limited functionality in some areas which could be a bit frustrating at times.
The interface of Box is great, and it is my favorite of the primary file-sharing platforms. Upload times seem relatively fast and sharing links with people outside my organization is great.
The organization of Box is awful, but this could be my company's fault.
I love how clean and simple it looks and I especially love how you can view your Box folders through a finder window on your computer's desktop.
The file size limit is very sad, I need to fragment my files too much, not to mention the limitation of file versions.
Its an awesome and convenient to remove people/add people. You can even download BOX DRIVE to have it in your file explorer and it links together, very awesome.
I LOVE that I can search for a file just by typing in the name, regardless if I know where exactly I filed it. I love the ease of opening a file to make changes and saving it again.
Outstanding support team that can assist with customizing Box to fit your needs. Box saves time and allows for great communication channels between team members, trade partners, and customers.
I like the work area programming and in this way the best part that it saves the records disconnected. Generally, I work during my drive and these highlights save me from huge difficult situations.
I really like the ease of use and abilities that Box provides. The storage capacity is very large and the price is very reasonable.
I like the simplicity of the Box storage platform. I can auto save data to the cloud with ease of use.
We are pleased with the product itself and never had second thoughts about other options. The API help us integrate it with web applications.
Ability to use on multiple devices. Excellent integration with other office automation products.
Plenty of storage for free and great prices if you happen to need more than the free amount.
This is easy to use, I really like that I can quickly get on to access files from the community college. They remain safe in the box as well.

If you are a Microsoft fan or heavy user, then Share Point it is a good software for integration and share data and information between your people and clients.
Occassionally I will have errors when creating Sharepoint pages– such as the inability to change the column count, insert pictures, etc.
I love how you can integrate Microsoft office. The large file support is great along with the ability to keep everything on your phone.
I would describe my overall expense as very poor and frustrating.
This software is great for the world of remote working and is a great solution to collaborating online. The program is user friendly and requires minimal training to understand.
If there are too many documents that are not organized it can be hard to find what you need. I think that's mostly user error.
Microsoft SharePoint is very user friendly, easy to use and deploy. It has great abilities to enable simultaneous access to the same content and enables real time update among collaborators.
It is difficult to quickly determine the most current document at times. However, thatched just be user error.
I love it and would recommend it to anyone for work or school bc it is such a great program.
I love the ability to quickly access shared documents and edit those documents with such ease, especially when a huge deadline needs to be met.
The ability to collaborate on files at the same time has been a big win for my team. We can now work on a project and divide and conquer.
The best thing about SharePoint is how easy it is to use and share documents with coworkers that are based out of different locations across the U.S. The click and drag feature is fantastic.
As this is included as part of office 365 subscriptions and offers a wealth of "free" storage I really want to use it to it's best ability to get the most value from it.
Overall, SharePoint is a great product. Pretty easy to use and you can upload just about any type of document to share across the network with other individuals.
The user interface is great, I am very satisfied with the overall experience.
This functionality saved me and my team time, effort and money. The fact that it saves older versions of the same document is a god-send for clumsy team memebers that delete some data by mistake.
It was very easy to reassign tickets to others to help pursue or reassign back with very detailed technical notes internal to the support staff...without running out of space.
Our department gets assigned legal and customer service cases which we have access to as a team, but each team member works on her/his project individually.

It's been great having so many templates to choose from and customize. Awesome that it can be integrated with MS Teams.
I then took the Smartsheet training to be certified and that opened my eyes to the power of the tool (and also to the fact that the sheets I hated were users in our company using it very, very WRONG).
I love the ease to customize your sheet for whatever you need and however you like it. Love being able to switch around columns and sort rows so quickly too.
The only complaint that I have is that if the spreadsheet is very large, the page can be slightly laggy.
The project being web-based helps to share information with other members of the team. The ability to export to various formats, as well as get team updates is a huge benefit.
Some features seem to be missing or limited features available.
Overall, the experience is positive - strong tools, robust features, easy to learn. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to have data interact with multiple systems and user types.
Visually did not work for some users in my organization. Was confusing on what tasks needed to be completed.
I am a big fan of smart sheet. Not only is the tool extremely capable for more complex project needs but the service team is also extremely helpful.
A good advantage is the presence of a strong community that helps to find answers quickly. Smartsheet also makes quite easy to share results with teammates.
I think Smartsheet is a great tool for several reasons, but one of the most important is the ability to collaborate with your team in real time.
I especially like the ability to assign tasks to a certain person. The calendar feature has also been great to track past and upcoming events.
You can pull off amazing things if you sit down and build it. I was able to build a completely automated revenue and labor estimator that shows me how profitable each member of my team is.
Smartsheet is super dedicated to project management...their templates are quite useful and run the gamut from gantt charts to expense reports.
It's shear-ability, ease to use, and major effectiveness when project managing. It's great to control every step of the way.
I find answers to my questions quickly in the Smartsheet community and existing templates save me a great deal of time...and make me look smart.
Collaborative; User friendly; Relatively inexpensive; Good Dashboard (once you understand it).
Tools like Zapier make it easy to integrate with, and you can also upgrade to a live data connector to visualize your data in a tool like tableau.

Pros and Cons from Procore users

Brilliant, they really seem to focus on customer care as it was always helpful and there straight away.
The preconstruction bidding tool is horrible and the development team is more concerned with increasing their market share than fixing problems with the tool.
Many great features but the best feature by far is its ability to organize drawings. Additionally the RFI, RFQ, and Change Event features are all great.
Awful - horrible program that you cant even stop the stupid emails even after you tell them you want nothing to do with their program any longer. I would pay to get rid of this program.
Was very kind, honest, and helpful when giving us information and even other options outside of Procore to help suit our needs. Easy to access and navigate.
The interface is bad for GC’s, but horrendous for subcontractors.
Integration with DocuSign is great. Overall use is pretty easy and very user friendly.
Sometimes difficult using the admin tools but that is probably more due to a lack of experience than anything else.
Good tool for managing workflows and collaborate between disciplines. Clean, simple and easy to use web interface.
Procore is an excellent program overall. Their cloud-based platform works well for compiling big data among many users, and its ease of use is also very beneficial for users.
The most impactful feature that the new and improved Procore has to offer, would be its robust library of technical and training information.
Excellent Project Management Software that is easy to use.
What I like the most about this software is that various team members can be kept in the loop with just one tool. Also that documents can be shared.
Procore continues to improve the software and integrations to increase the value and usability.
Overall a good tool for collaborating between each team working on the project.
Excellent training and customer support from the company. Easily track the project history of finished and ongoing works.
Ease of budget updates and billing, use of subcontractor agreements and the ability to allow subcontractors to log in and update items etc.
Overall a positive experience, but it may not be worth the cost for some organizations.

The overall experience have been great, free moving around, it feels like downloading what you want to keep and remember, and taking care of that.
The controls are frustrating, the design is unpleasant, and we spend more time trying to figure out how to use it than we did actually collaborating.
Aesthetically, Miro is also just great. I love how such a simple look is still capable of so many great features.
The usability of the software is a little difficult. While it's a feature-rich program, it tried to emulate physical tools such as a white-board, but fails on several facets.
Overall, a terrific experience that allowed our team to move ideas around in novel ways, leading to interesting new findings.
It's basically only usable when using a track pad, and even then the controls feel clunky and slow. Beyond that, the actual editing process of the pages is difficult and the menus are confusing.
Everything in Miro looks polished, accessible and is super easy to use. I do feel that the creators put an effort to create a great user experience.
You can’t always tell who added what to a project/board so it can be confusing to know what was changed/by whom.
It's a ton of fun, but also has amazing functionality for really structuring a meeting or activity. It has specific functions for facilitators so that they can control the flow of their activity.
Its ease of use and collaboration features. Also the templates are amazing and allow for a quick set up time for projects.
I love the ease of use in creating documentation that can be used to collaborate with team members. We use flowcharts consistently and this makes it easy.
I've just started to take advantage of the Asana integration, but there are other project management tools you can sync with as well. It's a great tool for remote collaboration.
It really empower organization to optimize meetings thanks to visualization. Useful also if used by one single person to organize ideas from everybody.
Helps us to collaborate in many different things like creating a business plan and build the investment deck. Has many and useful features.
Good for brainstorming and team working and collaboration and community based.
While the software does all of these things, the Kanban task management tools (especially for teams who practice Agile development or rapid sprints) is its most useful function.
Clean, simple interface; availability of add-ons; customer support; FAQ section and tutorial videos rock.
Miro is my place to go when I need to brainstorm ideas alone or with my team. The pricing model gives a lot of tools and features for free.

It is very good for backing up your data and from moving your data from one iPhone device to another. The customer service is also a great deal for me and I honestly give them 5 stars for that.
I personally struggled with iCloud, finding my docs once they were uploaded, uploading, I felt like I was missing pieces, I was always concerned about losing things.
I like that it exists, and it's good to backup important things. I wish they gave you more space for free.
My account has been hacket but i can not recover all my phone and... lost it.
I love how easy it is to connect all things iCloud with my iPhone. I found this especially useful for backing up my devices and sharing photos.
Most Apple products specifically require iCloud to function properly, which is difficult due to Apple’s lack of specialized software with no alternate options.
It’s easily accessible from my iPhone and even if I don’t have my iPhone I can access on any computer with a secure 2 factor authentication required to verify access, super secure.
It is a pity that there is no student offer as is the case for apple music for example.
It’s literally the best system out there. When you want to save pictures and everything from your old phone iCloud will save all that for you and add it to the next phone which is very convienent.
I enjoy using this cloud storage because it is low priced and is a great place to store all my photos and important documents so that I can free up storage space on my phone and computer.
For me, i have an iPhone and MacBook and what I like about Icloud is the ability of information and data to be seamless integrated from products to products.
It is perfect if you have multiple Apple devices. Helps you integrate and back up all your information while keeping it safe and available.
Good to backup iPhone, Good to transfer files from my phone to computer or vice versa, Good for extra storage space, cheap price.
Overall, I like that iCloud has given me faith in my data being safe, regardless what happens to my devices. I have had a very positive experience so far.
ICloud has by far the best service and data-syncing across devices, and great customer service just seals the deal for me.
It is easy to use, can share your videos and photos on all Apple devices, reliable, secure, encrypted.
I can download and save all my files and documents, photos and PDF files and most of all it keeps it backed up. It was easy to use and get set up.
Overall the benefits allow for simple and intuitive cloud based storage and software solutions.

The benefit of having all in one place is a great promise. And helps a lot that the entire team is using one single place for all organizational stuff.
It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.
I also love that they added a free plan for people to try out the platform before committing. But what I love the most is the new templates feature.
There are countless examples of this annoying aspect.
Good for managing high level projects and milestones. Gantt charts help visualize progress and keep our teams on top of their work.
Who knows that I did not use the service, because there are access logs, and still maintain the unauthorized charges.
Super easy to use from the non-creative/briefer side and I hear the same from the creative side. Easy to see version histories and follow up with edits.
