The support team is great. They are constantly working on new features and are very receptive to our comments. The product is very stable and has been relied on at 10+ restaurant locations daily
Pros
Very simple platform that is easy to use. Our employees have no problem using the basic functionality of the product with very minimal training.
Cons
Screen real estate can be a struggle but that's the tradeoff for using on smaller iPads. We have asked for a full screen view.

We have had a great experience overall at our restaurant. Sure, there have been kinks along the way, but the support team has been very helpful in getting issues resolved quickly. We are looking forward to POS integration that should be coming soon!

Running any small business is about effective and efficient time management. With Wisely we are able to integrate reservations into our forecasting for labor and capture emails for marketing that again drives future sales.
Cons
The back end programming for reservation availability is not super intuitive but it is workable.

We really love how simple and easy it is- we got it connected to our point of sale and the data that it pulls into the software helps us track every table- it’s pretty awesome.
Cons
As of now- you can’t change your store hours yourself, so for example we wanted to change NYE hours- luckily support and anyone you talk to who works for them- are super quick and helpful- and the issue was fixed in less than an hour. That’s really the only down fall- and that’s not even bad if you figure how quick they are with support!

The thoughtful approach and personal attention is unlike anything I've seen in my career.
Pros
As a restaurant marketer + operator, it is so important for us to have a pulse on our guests' experience – what did our guests love, where can we improve, how long was the wait, how friendly was our team. And what's even more important is to be able to capture all of that data in one place, and to be able to act on it. Guests are leaving reviews across several platforms – Yelp, Facebook, Google, via email – so to have the ability to streamline that data in one place across our entire organization, and then hold our teams accountable for recovering our guests – is truly invaluable.
Cons
The few difficulties we encountered with the software were all resolved and handled with great care by the Support Team.
