What is ChamberMaster?

ChamberMaster is a membership management software that is designed to manage all the day-to-day operations of chambers of commerce. Its integrated components include reporting, payment processing, billing, communications, events, marketing, website solutions and social networks.

One central database compiles all relevant data regarding members. This online application reports at-risk and most engaged members by looking at the key member engagement. It synchronizes with third-party vendors to modify data entry into multiple systems at once, and integrates with existing owned website to update the online directory, event calendar and key pages.

The data is accessible anytime and anywhere. The membership directory is enhanced with business categories. Web content includes hot deals, job postings and news releases. A member portal, staff app and member are available.

ChamberMaster now offers a Community Platform. The GrowthZone Community Platform enhances the member experience by providing personalized networking, dynamic learning opportunities, and interactive communication tools.
