The ability to get a 360 picture of my business at any moment and the communication with my customers is priceless. At any given moment I can be updated on the status of each project, in communication with each client and get a glimpse of my meetings and tasks in a daily schedule. Fireberry's automations help me turn manual and long processes into fast and automatic processes and streamline the entire sales process.
As an employee in the construction industry, the system helps me in managing our construction projects processes, communicating with customers and in managing the organization's HR. The ability to design and customize the system to my needs helps our organization work better and move faster in changing environmental conditions.
As a mobile worker, who spends a lot of time on the go, working with the mobile app is very important to me and there are some things that can be improved in order to make it from very good to excellent.

Fireberry's CRM totally amazed us with its mix of features that made handling customer request fast. The user interface was so easy to get the hang of, and the tools let us dive deep into what our customers were up to. This tool as a management tool was a game-changer. The most importantly, we could tweak the software to fit our business perfectly.
For a long time, changes used to take a while to happen. However, at this moment, things are going really well, and the team sets an update every couple of months. As a user, I get the idea before the update even goes live and love to see what's coming next.

I've been using Fireberry CRM for about 3 years and it's been a game-changer for our sales team. The automation features have saved us a lot of time and effort, and the dashboard provides great visibility into our sales pipeline. Overall, I highly recommend it.
The contact management and project management features are particularly helpful, and the integrations with Facebook ads and Gmail save us a lot of time.
Maybe if there was an integration with tool from the finance world it would be helpful to me
