SalezShark offers key features such as sales automation which includes categorization of contacts under specific account, sales pipeline management and tracking forecasted revenue, tracking activity and assignment completion, and auto lead assignment. The product’s marketing automation feature includes email marketing, campaign management, capturing leads from web into the CRM, list management, and social media campaigns. The reporting feature of the tool includes preparing standard & customized reports, dashboard view for reports, and forecasting the deal lifecycle. SalezShark offers data as a service features contain advanced search, list building, and campaign ROI measurement. The product also offers an integrated click-to-call feature that allows it to call directly to the contacts and register their conversations history.

SalezShark is currently working on an Enterprise Social Network feature that will help in transforming an organization’s sales process into a collaborative effort, by enabling employees to collaborate on solving complex organizational problems.
