Using the customer relationship management (CRM) module, sales professionals can access clients’ information from the database and notify them about promotional offers via emails and SMS. Instructors can view upcoming schedules on a calendar and utilize the drag-and-drop interface to enroll participants in different courses. It also lets users track clients’ attendance for specific classes and view their subscription status as ‘active’, ‘active and unpaid’, ‘expired’, ‘expired and unpaid’, and ‘refunded’.
SPORTRICK facilitates integration with various third-party applications, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, MailChimp, SendGrid, and more.
