Vendor360 is risk management software designed to help businesses assess, track and mitigate risks across third-party vendors and streamline evaluation, selection, and onboarding processes. It offers a centralized vendor directory for users to manage vendor information including documents, risk profiles, expenditure, and contracts on a cloud platform.

The application allows businesses to conduct pre-contract risk analysis by capturing feedback for new vendors from internal teams through surveys and questionnaires and organizing them across multiple risk tiers to implement necessary due diligence. It lets compliance teams utilize pre-defined templates or custom questionnaires to conduct automated audits, track progress or due dates, prepopulate sections in forms with previously submitted responses, and more. Vendors can access Vendor360 to collaborate and communicate with business stakeholders on documentation, reporting, and approval workflows.

Vendor360 includes a scoring engine, which helps administrators automatically evaluate vendor responses on multiple dimensions and flag deviations for further intervention by subject matter experts. It also provides an issue management module to identify issues, request updates from third parties, prepare action plans, and track progress till remediation.
