Businesses can utilize the time entry assistant to track recorded/unrecorded activities and apply custom billing rates or behaviors as per case requirements. It also provides a task manager, which allows firms to handle information about client matters, deadlines, contracts, deeds, pleadings, filings, and transcripts on a centralized dashboard.

Amicus Attorney facilitates integration with several third-party applications such as APX PayNow, Quickbooks, Microsoft Office 365, DropBox, Salesforce, LexisNexis, and more. It provides a file intake management module, which lets attorneys assign files to firm members and set preferences for automatically notifying specific users on future updates.
