What I love the most about Glassix is its comprehensive monitoring capabilities, providing detailed insights into online activities for both parental control and employee monitoring.
It is worth mentioning the ease of starting a new chatbot and implementing them, it is also a plus point. Glassix is definitely worth implementing in your business.
The conversational tools have been super helpful in handling frequent questions, and the fact that it is a single platform for all channels makes navigation a piece of cake.
Cons
I canĀ“t say there is sometings I dislike about Glassix, I can only say try it.
No automatic messages in whatsapp based on time periods.
