Mini Hotel PMS is a cloud-based property management software (PMS) tool for small to medium-sized hotels, hostels, B&Bs, guesthouses, camping, and vacation rentals. It comes with tools that enable property administrators, receptionists, accountants, and other hospitality staff to manage pricing, booking, check-in, and accounting tasks from a single, customized dashboard.

It syncs with more than 300 GDS, travel sites, and booking sites like Booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia, as well as the company’s own homepage. It sets room rates automatically, facilitates check-in, including self-check-in, scans passports, automates housekeeping tasks, and issues receipts and invoices. Users can customize the dashboard to display daily arrivals, departures, occupancy rates, reviews from various booking apps, booking calendars by room number, and phone, chat, or email tools.
