What is ServoDesk?

ServoDesk is the future, an AI powered IT service and support management platform for SMB's. Features include facilities management, an agile service desk, IT service management, employee relations, and an enterprise service desk for managing inter-departmental relationships and service requests.

ServoDesk, powered by Simplisys provides incident and application support, as well as management of crisis events and IT infrastructure changes. With configurable workflows, users have a graphical view of processes in real time. The routing technology enables IT support staff to answer inquiries, questions, requests, and complaints from multiple channels which can be assigned to the correct team depending on workload, priority, and the nature of the issue.

ServoDesk integrates with third party HR, service desk, and email software such as MS Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory for Single Sign On, and LADP. With the flexible integration module, the platform can be integrated with any additional third party software.
