We are implementing the Odoo software and the customer service is amazing. Our team leader, she is extremely helpful and intelligent, asking all the right questions to serve our specific needs.
Many errors in Multi Company, bad interface between electronic accounting from México and multicompany functionality. Hard to develop reports, the product need a similar as Crystal Reports from SAP.
It's great to work and develop on Odoo, it's impressive how fast odoo is growing. Maybe is good to create LTS release for big customer to have more than 3 year of support.
Oh well, it can but then you suddenly need to pay their consultants to have it custom build for you. For everything they start saying you need to pay and pay and pay.
This is a great program for usage in terms of getting all aspects of your business together in terms of important platforms like inventories etc.
The customer support is very bad and we are wasting a lot of time.
The mainly most attractive feature is it's opensource. Apart from this helps you to setup your all type of scaled organisation and the customisation is very easy.
Very poor support of partners. Very bad deep understanding of overall solution in odoo (as main provider).
Grsphics and web interface is awesome, installation is easier, customization can be made. Secure and remotely access, available in SAas and local server, even can be installed on your domain.

Unfortunately its SQL Structure is very french and European and the translation to English is lost sometimes and makes it hard to solve things with the language barrier.
The fact that it's free and well maintained. Has very vibrant user community.

Is positive espirience in crm accounting bank and ecm I'm exciting for wait the new ecommerce and web site.
Finnish translation is useless. Of course, I could contribute and translate it myself, but I simply don't have time to do that.
My experience with dolibarr was very satisfactory from the beginning, its simplicity of use and its friendly environment made me decide to use this software.

Java is still the best enterprise language, the chance to use into a container, the overall framework performances are really good.
This is the first software for which I am involved in the development, I have no basis for comparison.
The product is also Open-Source which my colleagues love. The app is very secure, the developers did a great job.
When we implemented Axelor, there was no functional documentation for several modules. Now it's fixed, we can find it on their website.
Firstly this solution is full web, intuitive and quite nice so it's pleasant to use. Then I'd say you can customize Axelor Open Suite without big developments difficult to maintain.
As a young product, it has some functional shortcomings, for example for event management or training, the possibilities are still limited.
Easily helps in Collaboration, task management, time management, reminders and one of the best support team to answer all your questions.

We use Axelor internally and customized for some of our customer, the agility and the stability of the AOP is really the big foundation of this solutions.
It seems to us to meet the ergonomic criteria that we require from the products we recommend to our customers, it is flexible and allows rapid adaptations in a relatively autonomous way.
Low-code helps build complex tools as administator. Axelor has efficient and supportive teams.
Due to the flexibility of Axelor we have been able to use the same product in a range of industries; this has reduced our training and support costs, and allowed us to really get to know the software.
Axelor has managed to adapt your ERP to our specific needs by respecting the cost and the deadlines.

It’s great for financial analysis. SAP ERP is a very comprehensive tool that is very helpful to my companies business to achieve best financial and customer support results.
I have used and configured many ERP systems and with out a doubt this is the worst system money could buy. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
A great vision, well packaged product, scalable from 10 to 999 users. It is more than robust, stable and there from 12+ years, benefiting from 42+ years of SAP experience in ERP Suites.
Ten steps to do one task. The service, HR , Marketing section are worthless.
The gold partner support is excellent and ongoing system improvements good.
Has a very limited presence under the SAP Umbrella and very few people talk about it.
The platform lives up to its expectations and has the greatest features to manager a growing company that might outgrow other systems they use.
It is European based and not intuitive at all, so those combined make it difficult to find what you need and get it to work correctly for you.
It is easy to use, good quality , many training support available.
Due to how much the program can do it runs a bit slow. It gets the job done but can sometimes be frustrating.

Overall the relationship is better than what I found when I joined the company - the support desk and consultants are very helpful and try their best to answer our queries.
Don't fully understand how it works "under the bonnet' - hence a danger of creating erroneous transactions.
I liked the ease of use & the customisations that we were able to do, to improve the reporting within our business. The excel uploads were amongst the best I have used.
I find it slightly confusing how to limit or add permission for users on various areas of the software.
What i like about this system is that you can save all pdf copies of invoices to this system, which is great to go paperless.

Good value for a basic reporting tool with integrated AP and expenses which would be perfect for a relatively stable group structure.
Can be slow to respond, no option to copy a previous expense.

Making a user interface that will work for our business and workflow was great. Allen has great experience and expertise to make KiBiz a great solution for many.
This a serious problem that exposes our internal business/cost structure to our customers and vendors.
I haven't found a software that has been tailored to my specific wants and needs. The customer service has been amazing.
Some things that have been changed or fixed revert back to the issue we previously had or need changed again after thinking that the problem has been fixed or feature added and ready for use.
We like the ease of scanning out and in our rental props.
Wrong Calculation : sometimes, I put the Sales / PO quantity in the file, it does not calculate. I had one sales transaction that I put item number, but the selling price did not show up.
Great experience with these guys. They have an efficient process with video chatting to make your system the way you want.
We had problems aligning our product codes with barcodes. Kibiz has been working smoothly since the problem was corrected.
I really like the fact that my account managers are quick to help and also customize my system for my particular requirements. I never hear that something cannot be done.
It's pretty user friendly once you are quickly trained on all of its features. Our quotes, contracts, proposals, invoicing and receipts look more professional now.

Making a user interface that will work for our business and workflow was great. Allen has great experience and expertise to make KiBiz a great solution for many.
This a serious problem that exposes our internal business/cost structure to our customers and vendors.
I haven't found a software that has been tailored to my specific wants and needs. The customer service has been amazing.
Some things that have been changed or fixed revert back to the issue we previously had or need changed again after thinking that the problem has been fixed or feature added and ready for use.

Wrong Calculation : sometimes, I put the Sales / PO quantity in the file, it does not calculate. I had one sales transaction that I put item number, but the selling price did not show up.

We had problems aligning our product codes with barcodes. Kibiz has been working smoothly since the problem was corrected.
I really like the fact that my account managers are quick to help and also customize my system for my particular requirements. I never hear that something cannot be done.

Great promise, an attractive UI and good community ecosystem able to add features by additional subscriptions.
Everything I dislike cause of unprofessional & unpolite way of support " i can send you all tickets i opened with them & their reply.
I love it, and has a powerful, but un -intimidating feature-set. Its priced right too, and loved the free version for a while as it let me learn and really do what I mostly wanted for free.
Constant failing updates leaving broken install, requiring re install, Credit card isn't treated as an account as a liability requiring the purchase of Double Entry extension.
I like the ease of use, which is the basic idea behind the software. Furthermore, the user interface is very nice and tidy and leaves nothing to be desired.

The free version is very good and complete already, and the software is user friendly.
But, as with a lot of open source, you get what you pay for.
The amount of customisations that one can do is a winner for me.
Many faults, cna stop working any time what was happened many times already.
So, I jumped at the chance to try this software. I really like that it's open source and I respect the option to pay for abscess features.
The ease of use and configuration got me sending my 1st invoice in minutes. I love that the system will send due invoices reminders to clients, simplifying my process.
Is free, you can grow it when need it and provides a good start for your business.
Not to mention the price of Quickbooks is just insane. This is a great program/platform/whatever you want to call it.
