Pros

Without a doubt, the most impressive feature is the seamless integration with many other property management tools.

Cons

To gain access to the entire suite of what's offered, most importantly the Receptionists service, requires an additional set up fee on top of the 2% markup to the already existing percentage per reservation fee.

Couldn't recommend them highly enough to property managers who are trying to get all of their online property management organizational needs under control.

Pros

Highly responsive customer support, consolidated inbox, automated procedures (messaging, pricing, etc.) , customizable tools, and shareable calendars.

Cons

The reporting tools are a little kludgy and the receptionist service wasn't quite aggressive enough for us from a sales perspective.

Not the best experience of hosting with Guesty

Great app to start with for your rental properties. However, they need to work on their product a little bit more.

Pros

Connect with all online channels, manage bookings, sending out automated emails, charging guests etc.

Cons

They use a third party channel manager called Rentals United which breaks down all the time bringing in so many double bookings causing lots of relocation fees.

Pros

Automation is great in an industry that rewards you for fast responses. This cuts down on guest communication and some otherwise annoying tasks of updating our clients.

Cons

Twice there were double-bookings. When we tried resolving the issue, customer service was fine, but I don't feel they addressed it with quite the level of seriousness that a problem like this deserves.

We couldn't be without Guesty!

I've been using Guesty for my business for about a year now and it has helped us to consolidate, grow, offer better service and be more efficient. Guesty are constantly improving and adding new features that really help my business to operate better all the time. We really couldn't be without it, it's integral to a small business like ours. Brilliant job, highly recommended.

Pros

The fact that it does so much for us from the 24/7 guest response, to adding in screening criteria, to managing bookings & calendars, the ability to download specific data...

Cons

I found it quite difficult to use at the start, the initial training was a little confusing but it's become easier and more intuitive over time.

Wonderful service that integrates and coordinates the channels, key control, and scheduling programs

Pros

I really like the integration with multiple channels on the schedule.

Cons

The most challenging this has been just the time to setup all of the integration. This concept is somewhat new, so there have been several bugs along the way - but the support team is on it.

AMAZING software, CRUDDY support. Overall good experience but too much $$$

Pros

Software interface is as clean as it gets and visually great (assuming you have a desktop, no mobile yet...)

Cons

features CONSTANTLY break or glitch out and support seems to disappear in moments of crisis. Reporting is not accurate with the figures and support tells you different things on different days WAY TOO EXPENSIVE SUPPORT IS SLOW AND DOESN'T CARE HOW MUCH HELP/HOW BAD YOU NEED IT.

Pros

I love that it provides my guests with better customer service than I could give alone. Being able to get back to people in the middle of the night for instance. I love the automation that makes me feel confident guests are getting all the information they need before a stay.

Cons

I find the dashboard for me the owner clunky.
