We've reduced our management and time spent handling bookings and manual payments.

Pros

Automated responses to bookings, enables credit card payments via Stripe, easy overview of bookings and connecting multiple booking websites easily, as well as keeping information uniform on all booking websites automatically.

Cons

Can't really think of anything bad. They are constantly updating and upgrading the software, so there is always something new and improved...

Guesty is one of our favourite softwares that provides end to end solution for operational management as well as multiple online reservation channel management.

Pros

Guesty combines the features for operational management features with channel management which makes it a matchless solution for our daily operations since it is hard to manage staff, guests, payments from different softwares.

Cons

They do not provide live support, instead you need to creat tickets in their support system and wait for their response.

Without a doubt, the most impressive feature is the seamless integration with many other property management tools.

Cons

To gain access to the entire suite of what's offered, most importantly the Receptionists service, requires an additional set up fee on top of the 2% markup to the already existing percentage per reservation fee.

I was evaluating software for implementation into an agency of 350+ properties, I was aiming to streamline operations and found Guesty to be good, but not the best, for this.

Pros

Channel Manager that works out of the box with good mapping to multiple channels including AirBNB & HomeAway.

Cons

I did not find Guesty's automation toolset to be as strong as other property management tools in the marketplace.

Guesty's software has all the key functionality needed to run a large scale property management business effectively, and then some.

Connect with all online channels, manage bookings, sending out automated emails, charging guests etc.

They use a third party channel manager called Rentals United which breaks down all the time bringing in so many double bookings causing lots of relocation fees.

Grabbing the bed type out of the AirBnB API should one, never fail, and two, it is an amazingly simple task.

Pros

They moved so slow it allowed me to see it was not worth it to pay them for customer management.

Cons

In cancelling after they failed to make good on promises I was blacklisted from using services like rentals united for 6 months, even though they used rentals united to sell me on Guesty.
