The solution sends personalized surveys with open-ended questions to staff members, interprets sentiments, and lets managers gain insights into answers, discussed topics or trends on an engagement dashboard. Businesses can also resolve employees’ queries using a natural language processing (NLP)-enabled virtual human resource (HR) assistant and track their engagement level based on location, department, and designation, among other segments.
