Leena AI is an employee experience software designed to help businesses engage with staff members using conversational artificial intelligence (AI) technology, net promoter score (NPS) or pulse surveys, and more. Organizations can inform employees about important announcements or events via bulk notifications and automatically assign support tickets to responsible team members.

Using Leena AI, enterprises can add frequently asked questions (FAQs) to the knowledgebase and manage employees' leaves and reimbursements on a centralized platform. The solution sends personalized surveys with open-ended questions to staff members, interprets sentiments, and lets managers gain insights into answers, discussed topics or trends on an engagement dashboard. Businesses can also resolve employees’ queries using a natural language processing (NLP)-enabled virtual human resource (HR) assistant and track their engagement level based on location, department, and designation, among other segments.

Leena AI facilitates integration with various third-party communication, HR, and other systems such as ServiceNow, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Box, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Workday, ADP, Twilio, WhatsApp, and more. Employees can also upload images of receipts to claim for reimbursements, extract payslips, fill leave request forms, and access holiday calendar on a unified platform.
