What is Textkernel?
Textkernel Search! provides multilingual resume and CV searching, semantic search routines, and other recruitment tools. Search! Gives recruiters the tools to find the right candidates across large companies with offices in various locations, despite language barriers. This is accomplished through Textkernel’s use of semantic technology.
Search! (part of Textkernel’s HRSuite of modular apps) allows users to leverage semantic search to sort candidates based on user-defined criteria. Recruiters can search CV databases, social networking sites, and job board websites using consistent, consolidated search parameters. Search! Also lets recruiters enter synonyms and closely related terms to track down the right candidate. The application can even search for candidates with certain career path criteria, enabling managers to find employees at the right point in their careers to handle the job in question.
Search! can also tag keywords inside resumes and CVs automatically, thanks to the software’s ability to scan and identify relevant words, which recruiters can use to either include or exclude candidates from search results. Search! Sends email when qualified matches based on active searches, meaning recruiters can engage with candidates before they get scooped up by another organization.
Search! Can be installed either on-site or as software-as-a-service, in consultation with Textkernel.
