The integration features were a big part of why I chose FC. The ability to remind my clients that I need information from them regarding transactions was great! The used of rules within QBO combined with the features of FC has been game changing!

I wish I could categorize directly in Financial Cents - I don't see how this integration is helpful at all besides when setting up financial cents, it brings over your client list

Recats feature - it imports uncategorized items into Financial Cents and we send them to clients to get more info on them. It automates this and sends reminders.

Functionality with P&Ls and Balance Sheet is not yet complete. This is absolutely necessary and we know it's coming and that it will be great!

Using the feature that allows for importing Uncategorized transactions and communicating those to clients. Very reasonably priced.

It would be a big duplication of efforts to manage a firm adequately without being able to see what was happening in QBO.

Connects to my clients' books for multiple benefits - like uncategorized transactions, billing, time tracking.

I'd rather see summary postings in quickbooks and more sales reports/details in Financial cents

I use the Recat feature, which is an excellent feature that's very easy for clients to use.

Categorization of transactions is nice, and you can pull in your customer list from QBO.

Integrates-- clients - as well as products and Services, as well as TIME Entry.

The issue with the integration is it can cause duplicates in Financial Centers

I love how my time flows straight into my company file and it's ready to bill.

I was able to export all my clients and I did not have to manually add them.

It is amazing to be able to check my emails within the program and then attach an email to a client task in order to make sure it gets done.

I look forward to seeing what else they do with this to create the folder management work better.

Email is still a key communication line with a segment of clients. Can't really work without it.

I tend to have my gmail open already and view and respond to messages there.

The integration is a bit testy. Sometimes it works great, and emails show up in Financial Cents before they land in my Outlook inbox, and sometimes, I have to hit the refresh button multiple times and wait for it to refresh everything.

Seems very useful to see correspondance inside the tool, rather than toggling back & forth between multiple Apps. You can tag others on your team as well to keep all team members engaged in client communication.
