This software has drastically helped to address the high call volume we would receive, allowing our staff to increase the quality of the service we provide.

Initial zoom meetings to set up as could not see the rep and had a heavy accent, really find the initial meetings very hard and delayed getting set up.

Easy installation, didnt have to do much myself. The software itself is easy to use and can be tailored to your  business.

Very simple and easy to use for the customer, easy to read and understand for staff.

I wish we could have some doctors on 30 minute slots and others on 40 minutes, but it is a problem of the program we use I think.

It is quite difficult to navigate and alter as an admin, but customer service do it for me now.

Great. Good training with friendly and knowledgeable representative. Went at our pace, but kept us on track. She made sure we were ready before going live and answered all of our questions.

Washington DC veterinary manager reviews Vetstoria

We already had Vetstoria before I had taken my new position, so it was already set up, but I knew nothing about it. I was set up with a zoom meeting to be shown how to do everything and look at all my numbers as well as how my appointments were set up. I had a great rep. who answered all my questions, was extremely nice, and helpful. They will fix/enter something if you don't know how, so you don't have to worry about it.

Easy, effective and cost positive

Overall, Vetstoria filled the gap we had by providing an online scheduling system that integrates with our PIMS. The customer support team is good at responding to inquiries. The UX can improve to make it sleeker but it looks pretty good as it is.

The product is good, I  am sure they will make it great at some point.
