What is CALLR?

CALLR is a cloud-based software that helps businesses establish two-way communication with customers via SMS and voice calls. The custom IVR tool lets organizations build phone menus to process customer requests and route calls to relevant customer service agents.

CALLR provides a built-in multilingual text-to-speech tool, which allows organizations to automatically create audio recordings from call scripts. The audio conferencing functionality enables supervisors to create virtual conference rooms and use auto-dial capabilities to add multiple participants. The call control module enables administrators to route calls, create voicemails, and play audio messages on a centralized platform. It also lets staff members track SMS delivery statuses based on multiple criteria, including sent, processed by the carrier, and received.

CALLR comes with an API, which lets organizations integrate the system with several third-party solutions. Managers can generate call detailed reports (CDR) to gain insight into customer numbers, call duration, hang-up causes, call costs, and more.
