What is DynaFile?

DynaFile is cloud document management software that provides HR teams with secure and instant file access. Unique scanning automation tools allow for quick backfile conversion and make it simple to add other paperwork or electronic documents to the system going forward. Powerful integrations enable the ability to sync file data from current systems.

Share business documents safely online with a variety of secure file sharing methods. Send a secure link to your document, e-fax it directly from your online filing cabinet, create a virtual data room to share information with a group, or create a virtual data room or document portal to share specific information with a group of users.

DynaFile offers two distinct integration methods, which can be used concurrently or separately, for information to flow into the DynaFile system. The first is a Data Integration (named DynaSync) that allows for employee data received from an HRIS system to update DynaFile records. The second is a Document Integration that allows for documents or forms completed in an external system (e.g. onboarding) to be published and registered into DynaFile.

DynaFile integrates with DocuSign, signNow, JotForm, PandaDoc, and Adobe Signto to provide e-signatures, digital forms, and online workflows. Whether used for internal approvals, onboarding new employees, or getting contracts signed, signature integration can help streamline business processes like never before.

Barcode recognition organizes and files documents automatically as they are scanned.
