In order to assist with bookings, HQ Rental Software includes an online reservation plugin which businesses can embed into their website with custom workflows to collect bookings. Reservations are managed using a step-by-step process which can be handled partially on the company website and partially in the backend administration portal. The admin panel allows users to view a list of all outstanding reservations including pickup and return dates, locations, type of vehicle, and price, with color-coding to indicate the current status, and custom tags can be added to categorize bookings further. To aid with customer management, HQ Rental Software provides an in-built CRM where users can view customer profiles with rental history and contact details.
