Payment processing is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant and includes QuickBooks-compatible exports. i4a also includes a mobile-responsive website builder with member directories and member-only content, committee and board tracking for volunteer and leadership management, a resource library with access controls, and real-time reporting dashboards for retention, revenue, and custom reports.
All features are fully integrated, so member records update automatically when events are registered or renewals are completed. Automated email sequences trigger without manual intervention, eliminating duplicate data entry, sync errors, and CSV imports between systems.
