Overall experience with PBX+ was quite good. No hiccups whatsoever.
PBX+'s virtual system really helped us scale our outreach & sales call by a very good percent. We really wanted a virtual phone system for our business. Apart from that, Call analytics is something that was crucial. We liked it because we wanted a data-driven approach to our sales process. This really helped us a lot in that.
There should be a distribution system for calls. I wanted to distribute a certain percentage of my leads to X & Y person on a percentage basis. I didn't find that.
