The integrated booking, billing and meetings is incredibility easy to use. My clients enjoy the platform, since there are nothing to install.

Whenever I have more than 3 people in my meeting room the connection is no longer stable and people get disconnected, you can't hear, the video gets fuzzy, it just goes bad.

My favorite thing initially about this software was its low cost per entry.

Most importantly, Clients don't need to install anything. No registration and no mess.

One of the things I'm missing is, for example, the ability to conduct a meeting offline.

We serve people with very different computer environments and skill levels. We need a client-to-client webmeeting and screensharing platform which allows for a simple link to be clicked and DONE/READY. Vectera offers this. FURTHER it establishes a unique point-to-point secure connection between the client and us, without routing anything via their own servers. It shows the connection signal strength, and delivers absolutely everything one would wish for in such private one-on-one meetings.

I used Skype + paint + Google Drive for lesson in the past. With the use of Vectera, my students and I simply open a browser and we can complete everything within the browser.

I was using a mix of Skype and zoom for client meetings, but it was a hassle to have new clients install software and configure correctly. All of that is gone with Vectera. You just send a link and it works.

I never really used a video conference software before this one, and I am glad this is the one I chose, I have no complaints & only good things to say about the software and the team behind it.

I use this software to onboard, train & connect with VA's & employees who are not regularly in the office. 
I love that we have the ability to share screens & control each other's screens.
I absolutely love the dedicated rooms which keep files ready for the next meeting.
I love that we can record sessions so that the trainee can go back and watch them at any time.

Honestly, I give this software a 10 out of 10 without thinking twice.

THIS WAS MY FIRST VIDEO CONFERENCE SOFTWARE - AND I LOVE IT!

I am scheduling meetings with my clients , and meeting online.    It works well because there is app.. no download.. that drives clients crazy having to install.    Just have a link for them is gold.

I personally prefer apps that have these little quirky things about them that make work a little easier and more 'automated'. The easiest way for online meetings and presentations. 

A quick and efficient way for meetings and presentations 

We use Vectera to showcase our platform to prospects. As we have many different windows to showcase I love it how we can just do a focussed demo instead. This way a customer doesn't loses it's focus on what we think is important at that time!

I'd recommend Vectera over all those other apps out there

Great Alternative to Zoom!

Josh C.:                                               I'm Josh. I am a web designer with J&M Web Creations. I build websites, do SEO, all kinds of digital marketing. And I would give Vectera a five out of five. I use Vectera for essentially all my one-on-one meetings with clients. If there's a couple people that need to be in the meeting, it works extremely well for that. It allows for me to have continuous meeting rooms that are saved after we close the meeting room, and links that are easily gone back to URLs that I can name, instead of just like some of the other products that have just random numbers after them.
                                                       The thing I like most about Vectera is the continuous rooms, that you can keep going as long as you want. You can delete them, add new ones. You can name the rooms after whatever client you're working with, so it's easy for them to remember the link. And it keeps it easy to keep things all in one place. They can add chats that can be saved, they can add their different documents to it. And everything is saved in there for a later date if you have other meetings with these clients.
                                                       There are a couple small things that I dislike, though, I can use other programs for with this, with Vectera. The couple of things that I dislike are the max amount of people in your room is only 10, though that's very, very uncommon that I have that. There are some reasons that I may want to in the future. But it doesn't allow over 10. The other thing that some of the others have that they have not implemented though they've talked about it, is call in with your phone for audio. So there are some clients who don't really know how to do the audio thing, or they have a computer with a camera, but for some reason don't have audio. You can't call to the phone number and do audio through that.

                                                       Well, alongside Vectera, I'm on using Zoom as well from time to time to host online meetings, but it's just not as complete as what I'm finding here with Vectera itself. So Zoom is very much focused on just, I would say, the online meeting which does it very well, but in terms of the full scope of being able to book, and record my meetings, and have people coming back to that meeting room, Zoom just doesn't provide me with all the options. So I do use from time to time, but it is for a different purpose and it's not as complete as what I find within Vectera.
                                                       I actually find a really good lifetime deal for Vectera. Back then, I was just starting out my business and I needed something that could do all at once. So not only providing me the space where I could have meetings with my clients or my potential clients, but as well give them a space where they could actually return and I could more draw things out for them in a more visual way. So that was something that really spoke to me having that opportunity of being able to use a whiteboard is something that really enhances the meetings that I do with people and as well at the same time, having it as an actual booking tool. So it's just a one-size solution, I would say, really for my business for working with new people and working with current clients. So yeah, it just solves the issue of needing multiple tools for that and bringing that in a way that really fits what I need.
                                                       Well, I'm not the most tech-savvy person in your world, probably. So for me, having a tool that is very easy and very intuitive to use this for me is super important, and that's why I really love using Vectera because it is so easy and you just literally go through the different steps. They have this onboarding process where they just let you show you what are the different things to do, and it really keep you up to date with emails as well to show you what some of the new features are and how you can actually install them. So I always get a lot of good feedback from people saying how well it looks and I'm like, "Yeah, well, it was actually really easy to set this up." So it really makes it a pleasure to work with this.
                                                       So, if you are considering to use Vectera as a tool for your business, then I would really ask if it is important for you what you actually want to do, especially if you want to work in more small group settings or do a lot of one-on-one coaching, and at the same time, once you have a something where your clients can go back to so all the information that is saved there, it doesn't lose after one interaction, then Vectera is a really fitting tool. Because also, you can have your schedule attached to it. It is very easy to use. So if those are the things that you're looking for, I really moved to the recommend Vectera. If you're looking more for something that can host larger groups of people, then it's probably not the best fit for you, but everything in between there, yeah, it's very much to consider if you would like to use it.
