I love the flexibility of it, the fact that i can use it on every computer that i am.

Sometimes it gets slow, the flexibility comes with a cost.

Cacoo can be used for a wide variety of things - As a product owner, I typically use Cacoo for workflow design, user-story mapping, and architectural design/diagramming. Our team is able to collaborate around the work within the application - and the outputs can embed straight into our Confluence pages (Atlassian software) using the Cacoo plugin. It's incredibly easy to use and I'm able to access my work across all of my devices.

Cacoo previously had a user-driven marketplace for additional stencils, which has now been removed. Whilst they significantly upgraded the standard libraries when they removed it - I liked to be able to browse and add additional stencils for the creative community it had.

I like the arrows for the diagrams! They make it really easy to visualize processes and understand how topics are related.

I think that there could be more templates. There can be more options. I also think there can be an easier way to customize templates as well.

Cacoo is an excellent application that is part of my most prized tools for prototyping, sketch-ups and any diagram I need. I am a software developer and I use Cacoo constantly, it is a flexible and powerful tool, definitely the one of a kind.

I have not found anything negative to this wonderful tool

We are an agency and I like that I can set up client projects into folders and EVERYONE on our team has access to project flows, site maps, and wireframes whenever and where ever they are.

The back and forth of going between NuLabs and Cacoo when I have to add another human to the account and or administer the account. Used to now, but it is confusing for anyone coming in new.

Updates in real-time with collaboration features (chat, etc.). Provides local history to easily undo actions, and version control to track major changes. Basic objects are highly customizable via Inspector tab. Efficient for working by yourself or with a large group/team.

Currently unable to add new connection points to shapes. Would be helpful if compatibility with similar tools (eg. Visio) is available.

Easy to create diagrams and share with the team, improving the productivity!

It could have a desktop version to work offline.

There are more motivation to advise this software to my collegues. Principally the platform is very simply to use, the interface is very intuitive. I use this platform because there are a lot of templates that I can choose, there are icons and functions that support me to create diagram and presentation in a short while.

There aren't functionality that I like least about this software. I think that this Web Application is perfect.

I like it because is an user-friendly tool, for basic to complex diagrams.

Export options need to be expanded adding new features.

I use Cacoo to create highly accurate line art for websites, brochures and other collateral to share with clients prior to development. It has been an indispensable tool for communicating visually. I also like the link sharing function, which makes it easy to share drawings.

There should be a link share to view and a link share right into the edit mode. When I do share links, often my customers are confused on how to get from the front end of the Cacoo site into the edit mode to actually participate in the editing of the document. Also, sometimes when you zoom out, the fonts don't seem to render correctly.

Cacoo is really easy to use and allow me to work diagrams along the day, without worrying about saving or forget to commit any change in an open tab. Everything is always saved automatically and perfectly, without any data loss. Also, it provides a lot of pre-defined icons that help to create better diagrams, and don't have any restriction of importing external graphics from the Clipboard.

The mind-map template do not move adjusts its nodes dynamically, so its behaves like a normal chart in the mind-map style. It would be nice to have something similar to mindmeister that snaps and arranges the boxes more easily.

This Software is really easy to use and is based on the most popular processes for building strong Flowcharts, Diagrams and Mockups. There are very many Icons and graphics to use

As it is a webbased Software in some circumstances it is a little slow. and of course you only can use it on big Screens. It should have better performance on Tablets like iPad.

It's on the internet. Easy to use, good software, reliable

At first there was a french version of Cacoo. With the new version, they remove the french version, just english. Il would prefer if we still had the french version.

It's easy to use and intuitive for the most part. Sharing diagrams in a team is easy - exporting to PPT or PDF is straightforwards

There are some advanced features that are missing which would be handy. To be fair though, I've not yet seen a single diagramming tool which has all the features you might need. They all seem to overlap in functionality but there's not one complete package.

This software let us have a great team work, thanks to the differents tools, the differents functions, this software it's absolutely useful and great, the differents tools and options let us create a great environment.

It's not really easy to use, in some cases it's difficult to understand what you need to do with some tools and functions, but it's a great software.

What make me like Cacoo is that it is so easy to use. Most of our employees are gen X, most are not that tech savvy, but they manage to use it so easily.

Cacoo needs to create more options on how to make the end projects aesthetic. Give more options for collaborative designs. But more or less, the important part is that it is very easy to use.

It has many functions to design web pages

The cost of the program, I have no problems with buying a program, but being paid from time to time if it bothers me a little

It has several templates with most used diagrams including design, business, marketing and much more. It has a very useful free version for basic use. Can be shared for collaborative use.

Free version has a limited number of diagrams (sheets), currently only 6 and only exports to png format.

Cacoo is a very useful tool for me to visualize my ideas and concepts. It's more important to "SHOW" something than just "SAY" it. I've used Cacoo for years and I love it's simplicity and diversity. I can always find a chart or a diagram to help me solve problems we faced. Thank you Cacoo!

Although Cacoo was launched as an online App, I still want an offline App which I can install on my PC.

Cacoo is the easiest way to design diagrams and prototypes. The available templates make the user experience much easier. It is very easy to design diagrams in a fast way and there are different components available

The available components should be updated more frequently to provide more options to the user. I don’t like either the projects limitations with free accounts

Flexibility. It allows you to quickly and efficiently solve various problems associated with the development of projects.

I don’t know by how much minus, but I have to reduce the weight of the picture before adding it to the slide. If this is not done, the loading time of the contents of the slide greatly increases when opened from another PC.
