The best Intelligent Invoice Processing solution on the market.
Some of the text fonts can't be read by the OCR, and it will cause an error in the document. For this case, I still have to process the paper manually.
Because it supports virtually any type of document and format it allowed us to expand our services quickly having a real impact on our top line.
Up to date no existence of secondary solutions that cover more the documents lifecyle.
Been very happy with the team since we started working with DocDigitizer.
It's an easy to use and configure tool and the reliability it provides is very high.
DocDigitizer has the intelligence to listen to the customer's voice and to deliver the best results, according the client's needs.
They are quite accessible and they very open to integrate feedback in new releases. Also we now have accountants do accountant work instead of getting information or validating from invoices.
Strong Points:Easy of deployment (using UiPath integration)Accuracy on data extracteddocument review reply speed.

Their customer support staff is wonderful. For me, the after-sale service is extremely important for any product or service and it speaks volumes about the company.
I am also experiencing some data corruption issues in Quickbooks since starting to integrate with Scanwriter. I am not sure if this is contributing to the problems.

Their support team is always available to help when I have an issue.

This is a great product that has streamlined our work systems and has been a huge success at all levels of operation.
I am sure that I have been guilty of reinventing the wheel many times.
With Weever we are giving our operators an easy to use tool that helps to embrace new working systems. This is helping to tackle the natural resistance to change.
The software lacks any form of data base. Individual forms can be exported easily, but require user manipulation to add to a separate data base outside of the software.
My overall experience so far is wonderful. Everything is organized just the way I like it.
How Weever helped us manage our factory in the COVID 19 crisis.
I like the builder and the reports. The In Progress section helps everyone understand where projects are at if an inspection fails.
We have been able categorize waste more efficiently through a waste report generated each shift.
Great for inspections and audits. Simple product that is easy to use for administrators and staff.
It makes conducting checks, submitting forms, and annotating abnormalities extremely easy for operators. The ease of use made it easy to transition and immediately integrate in our plant.
After transitioning the vast majority of our paper forms to Weever Forms, our ability to digest this data has increased immensely.
Weever Process Manager enables the users tremendous flexibility to make changes or adds on the fly. This is critical for a successful implementation.
Positive receptiveness of the Factory, quick adoption, integrated into our daily management systems.
The navigation tools are easy to follow and I was able to understand where everything was.

Support is helpful, knowledge base is a great resource, didn't take long to get a handle on it.
They charged my card, never sent me my license code, and I cannot get in contact with them. Now my trial is over and the program is useless to me.
Overall I think it is a GREAT software. We just have an unusual need.
Even if the data is not a factor for the error, but still the error pops up and says as txn date error. Programmers should elaborate the types of errors.
We also use the Zed software to enter massive detailed journal entries from excel. Zed works GREAT for this application.
Each of them has some problem at some stage and added more frustration and when I just about to start manual postings, I accidentally found Zed Axis in youtube.

I liked that you could customize the form to the detail necessary for good qualitative analysis. Appropriate flow of questions is essential to good survey design.
I thought setting up the form itself was clunky and the design was a bit confusing to figure out. Could be more intuitive.
The Features of the forms are great and easy to use. The templates are useful and easy to set up.
Since we primarily deal with InfoPath it is a shame that MS has discontinued the development of the software.
I like the ease of creating surveys, especially for use offline in the field. I traveled to the Philippines to do fieldwork.
When I encountered an Apple iSO issue with my organizations forms, FORMOTUS worked with me to trouble shoot the issue and then quickly created a fix to get my forms running smoothly again.
Formotus produces high quality results for conducting surveys. It takes a few minutes to learn, but once the basics are mastered, it's easy to create surveys.
Other than that, I don't have any other "cons" for Forms On Fire.
