What is Cartful?
Cartful makes sure AI recommends a brand's products the same way its own merchandising team would.
A brand's own team knows its products better than anyone. With Cartful, that team has the final say in what AI recommends on the brand's site, and the first word in off-site assistants like ChatGPT. Shoppers get the right product however they shop, from product pages and chat to quizzes, filters and related products.
Cartful starts from what the brand already has: product data, product pages, spec sheets and reviews. It works out who each product is right for, who it isn't, and why. The team has the final say on every judgment, and the platform keeps everything current as the catalog changes.
Those decisions then go to work on the brand's site and off it. Affinity tells each shopper whether a product is right for them, and points to a better match when it isn't. Lineup fills related products with the right alternatives and add-ons, each with a reason. Studio asks shoppers a few questions and recommends the right product. Chat answers shoppers' questions in their own words, the way the brand's team would. The store's filters work from the same decisions. Off the site, Agentic Training puts the team's judgment into the product data AI assistants like ChatGPT read.
Because everything lives in the brand's own product listings, the brand is ready for whatever comes next in AI.
