Pros and cons

I love the creation of the job description and the matching prioritization and really love the outreach and e-mail automations.
Very happy about the tool. It is extremely user friendly and the combination of ATS and CRM functionalities are great and make it a perfect tool for small to medium-size recruitment agencies.
Ease of use, implementation and the support was superb. The ability to drag into the cloud from sites using the extension was very clear, easy to use and dependable.
I would say the customer service is bad. Some seem uninterested in your problem.
I think there are still functions missing that can be added over time.
The tutorials are boring and show all the things I wasn't interested in.

Finding Jobs Doesn't Have To Be Difficult

This tool helped the company find people for successful jobs. There are people working in the company who are fundamental for its development today. All of them were found using this tool.

Pros

Updatable database, Helps to create a profile of the person, with all his characteristics and personal details; It has a Kanban style CRM which is a very attractive way of working; The tool has an email campaign system; Sortable filters help you find the right people for the right jobs; Last but not least is the automation with LinkedIn that makes everything more attractive.

Cons

We noticed slowness in updating some records and also in moving "cards" from one phase to another in the CRM

I like this ATS but they have many things we need to make it competitive.

I need an affordable and easy to use ATS; this one has so far fit the need. But, as I'm marketing more actively, I find limitations in scheduling follow-ups. Limited to tags, ugh. Who remembers to look up our tags

Pros

The seamless integration with LinkedIn and the ability to see our email exchanged in LinkedIn and our Google Suite messages. All in one place; under the contacts info within Jobin.

Cons

This is big! There is no submittal function to track what you are doing with a search. I like to have this all in one place under the client; you can see the emails sent but this is time-consuming to research. So many times in Crelate, I would go to a candidate's profile and look at what we sent to the client.

Great solution for sourcers, recruiters and TA managers. Also great team to work with. No issues at all.

Pros

I love the creation of the job description and the matching prioritization and really love the outreach and e-mail automations.

Cons

Have to use the workflow which I don't as a pipeline for the candidates. Love to have more integrations to my other tools like Bullhorn

Best customer service and easy to use product!

Mikel is the absolute best when it comes to response time and customer service. I feel like he never sleeps because he always responds promptly and is so nice and helpful!

Pros

Jobin.cloud has been a great tool for our start up Executive Search firm! I have used Bullhorn products previously which have all the bells and whistles, but Jobin does everything we need it to do as we are growing our company. The best part for us is using it to source on Linkedin without the normal limitations. That has been game changer.

Cons

I think there are still functions missing that can be added over time. One thing I would love to be able to do is send emails to our clients through Jobin with our candidate presentations so it can all be tracked in one place.

The Best - Hidden Gem

Awesome! The best! Fantastic! go for it! I guarantee they will be the number one in a years time. Its just that no body knows them as they haven't made aggressive marketing but get in now when no body knows about it and use to your edge.

Pros

I have tested atleast 20 linkedin and email automation tool. Jobin is far the best, so intuitive and had amazing features. Others boost about it but at execution they are not even 10%. Jobin is as smooth and user friendly at it can be. But most importantly I literally haven't seen a better customer service. I feel bad they have such an amazing customer service for so low paid subscription. Imagine that!

Cons

Ah the compaign reporting feature... This is so important and this is the only thing missing which is in the pipe line I just cant wait it to be on

It looks like a pretty good piece of software, as long as the pricing doesn't get crazy.

Pros

I'm still feeling it out since I just got on the Free Trial, but so far, so good!

Cons

It looks like they might have some type of enrichment/verification limits on contact records that you pull in from LinkedIn, which would be disappointing if that's the case... I'm going to try to clarify with sales or support tomorrow.

the most powerful CRM tool with LinkedIN integration by far

Another amusing point is that I asked questions by email and a private zoom meeting before I made my decision. Perfect support and congratulations. I am quite happy for my decision on JobIN Thank JobIN!

Pros

I inspected and compared more than 20 CRM tools with LinkedIN integration. I finally decided on JobIN not because of it has beaten all others in every spec, but because of it has the most powerful LinkedIN integration by far. JobIN has so powerful LinkedIN integration by far that, I had to ignore some of my requirements which is not satisfied by JobIN yet. Let me explain. JobIN is developed for recruitment purpose originally and not for lead generation and unfortunately, I was looking for it for lead generation. I inspected JobIN at first glance, noted its pros and cons and continued to inspect all others. At the end of my search jurney, I returned back to and decided on JobIN.

Cons

I am convinced on JobIN, although I was looking for a tool for lead generation not for recruitment, since friendly guys explained and trained me how do I use their tool on my own purpose.

Pros

Jobin.cloud has truly transformed my networking experience. I appreciate how easy it is to import, filter, and manage profiles in bulk. The auto-updating repositories save me a lot of time, and the smart templates make outreach effortless. I've found the unlimited LinkedIn connection requests to be especially valuable in expanding my professional network.

Cons

Although Jobin.cloud is overall an excellent platform, I've encountered a few minor issues. Sometimes, the auto-found emails aren't accurate, leading to wasted time and effort. Additionally, the user interface could be more intuitive, as I initially struggled to navigate through the platform.

As a trainer and speaker, I have a tested plenty of ATS and CRM models. Over the last 10 years, there is only one who not only met my expectations from the start and that is Jobin.cloud. What is even more impressive is that they are constantly exceeding my expectations.

Pros

We love everything about it. It is intuitive and easy to use. Their strong focus on privacy protection and compliance with privacy laws is extremely important in our industry.

Cons

Whatever we need, we let them know, the put in the feature into future iterations, so there is nothing about the product I don't like.

The customer support is brilliant and very fast. They are very open to feature suggestions or UI improvements. It's also saving me a lot of time.

Pros

Ease of use, graphical view of the candidate pipeline stage, affordable, and like that you can buy the modules you need. Outbound Email is integrated with Outlook and InMails show up on LI.

Cons

If I could track open rates and response rates of outbound messages, that would be great. I'm sure that it is on the product roadmap.

The user interface on this tool is very good. Lots of graphics that are good if you are a visual type of user. Easy to navigate with multiple search filters and Linkedin automation.

Cons

Slow update of the database- when updating candidates on Linkedin you need to reload the Jobin page a few times to get the desired results.

The best prospecting tool I have ever used, I still can't believe it exceeds every imaginable metric for a successful prospecting campaign. The team has smashed it out of the park with this tool!

Pros

The fact is they back up their frankly ludicrous claims, by exceeding above and beyond what they claim to be able to do. There is not quite anything like it on the market today. I have filled my sales pipeline, and no other tool I have tried has produced results like this. Also, the support is fantastic, [sensitive content hidden] is always attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the product and the needs of the user, helping us at Prodigium maximize the power of the platform, and 5-star support, can't speak highly enough of it, and other companies could learn a thing or two from them!

Cons

The design could be prettier, but from a technical and functional point of view it is flawless, and I would much rather have a product that is as powerful as this is, than one that looks pretty like the competitors I have used, but they have nowhere near the power Jobin has.

Jobin could be a game changer

I have been a Loxo user for 6 yr and if Loxo closed tomorrow this the ATS I would use. I am still thinking of trying to incorporate it into my day-to-day just for the LinkedIn connection system and the data enrichment. If you are shopping for a new ATS you have to check this out. It is not perfect but it has some amazing features that I wished my ATS has. The ability to parse hundreds of linked in profiles at a time and then mass connection request them is worth the price alone.

Cons

no CRM drip campaign feature. No Iphone app (that I know of)

You can now customize and build your own sequence of operations, combining all provided outreach methods (emais, direct messages, inMails, and connection invitations) together with additional operators that allow you to track contacts that reach certain stages of your sequence e.g.: if they accept your invitation move them to your "contacted" stage, or if they don't respond within 14 days move them to "not interested". You can even add conditions to your drip campaign to personalize sequences depending on the criteria that the contacts match.

The team is responsive and the product, whilst still in infancy, has been improving every single day. If you're someone who likes to be the first to adapt and play with new tech, check this company out.

Pros

Jobin is a multifaceted tool that fits perfectly within a recruiter's tech stack. It could even be a good ATS alternative for the small company or individual recruiter. I have been testing this software for a bit and have seen it evolve. Jobin's core functionality serves as an excellent layering over LinkedIn, serving as a tool for segmenting leads, finding new ones, and tracking them through your recruitment process. Especially like the way it makes bringing potential prospects into their platform from Linkedin.

Cons

There are certain UI functionalities that are still actively in development and enriching prospects' FULL profile from LinkedIn is a slower process at scale. This could also be a good thing as it stays under the radar and within Linkedin TOS.

Ease of Installation, functionality, online and live training support.

Cons

I wish we had user groups that could get together once a month and talk about how they use the product. We would learn from each other.

A helpful LinkedIn Automation tool

I have been using LinkedHelper 2.0 along with Jobin.cloud and I can say that this tool has much more features than LinkedHelper 2.0. It has a very user-friendly UI. I think the Unlimited InMails is the best feature so far.

Cons

Improvements to integration to other software like HubSpot would be great. Able to share automated sequence to teammates would be a great improvement. The Unlimited InMails/Connection is great but bypassing the LinkedIn Policy has resulted to numerous accounts getting locked/banned.
