Pros and cons

Allows me to automate my reach outs with ease and personalize my outreach saving me time and money while not compromising on quality and reputation with my target audience.
Mikel is the absolute best when it comes to response time and customer service. I feel like he never sleeps because he always responds promptly and is so nice and helpful.
I love the creation of the job description and the matching prioritization and really love the outreach and e-mail automations.
I would say the customer service is bad. Some seem uninterested in your problem.
I think there are still functions missing that can be added over time.
The tutorials are boring and show all the things I wasn't interested in.

Pros

at the moment you can see the email and telephone number for the person on linkedin, this goes to show how much of your data is on the internet

Cons

only able to see job title and name, and contact number, no full work history online, they should collect more data from this.

Really great tool for candidates sourcing

I think if they add some features like a job portal, landing page for particular job, a form - I mean a candidate can apply for particular job, email sync like in each CRM, it can one of the best ATS on the market.

Pros

The great tool - candidates import from LinkedIn Recruiter. It works like a magic. Really good pipelines for different jobs. And you can adjust it as you need.

Cons

This guys are in the process of polishing and development. Some features that I'd like to see in the system: 1. Job portal 2. Landing pages for each job openings. 3. Forms for a candidate applying 4. 2 ways Email sync

So far great platform for cold outreach

So far it's been excellent . The product will do exactly what I need done and it is easy to use. The support is unmatched, I looked at many other LI messaging platforms and none have a live person to talk to - which is critical to me.

Pros

#1 is the support I am recving from [sensitive content hidden]. He answers my many questions instantly via email and will always jump on a zoom call to really show me how to use the product. That is critical to me, I am a brand new to this type of platform and he spends as much time as I need to learn this and implement properly.

Cons

So far no Cons, just losts of eatures and things to learn so a littl overwhelming. But once shown to me it is fairly easy.

So far so good. Very user friendly with an immediate inboarding tutorial, ease of use and ramp-up time (low) very good.

Pros

Feature rich, modular pricing and more effective than some competitors

Cons

Still to early to tell as I need to test the quality of the lead finder and chat gpt capabilities.

A new Sourcing Tool!

So far I enjoy the ease of the use and the search results I am getting.

Pros

I heard about Jobin.cloud on a webinar and saw the results from the search they did, I was intrigued and decided to give it a try. The ability to filter and deep dive into skills and experience as well as the ability to use ChaptGPT to come up with additional search terms. Love this aspect.

Cons

So far I haven't really come across something I don't like.

Pros

I like being able to access all the information I need as a sourcing & staffing specialist in one place. The system is not overly complicated to use and is saving me time.

Cons

I wish there was a say to schedule a session for someone to walk me through my initial set up.

I like this ATS but they have many things we need to make it competitive.

I need an affordable and easy to use ATS; this one has so far fit the need. But, as I'm marketing more actively, I find limitations in scheduling follow-ups. Limited to tags, ugh. Who remembers to look up our tags

Pros

The seamless integration with LinkedIn and the ability to see our email exchanged in LinkedIn and our Google Suite messages. All in one place; under the contacts info within Jobin.

Cons

This is big! There is no submittal function to track what you are doing with a search. I like to have this all in one place under the client; you can see the emails sent but this is time-consuming to research. So many times in Crelate, I would go to a candidate's profile and look at what we sent to the client.

best bang for your buck

it has been a great experience. I had been looking for a simple yet affordable tool or app to use and after reviewing many of them I found jobin.cloud and have never looked back. Customer support is amazing which is really important, I send several emails per day and [sensitive content hidden] always replies in no time with full answers and instructions and some times he even send screenshots to make his tutorials even easier. In top of that their youtube channel has a lot of helpful tutorilas.

Pros

it is simple to use, it has all the features I need and not overloaded with tools and features I don't need and customer support is amazing

Cons

the UI could be better and I know they are working on many improvements since they take feedback very seriously.

It looks like a pretty good piece of software, as long as the pricing doesn't get crazy.

Pros

I'm still feeling it out since I just got on the Free Trial, but so far, so good!

Cons

It looks like they might have some type of enrichment/verification limits on contact records that you pull in from LinkedIn, which would be disappointing if that's the case... I'm going to try to clarify with sales or support tomorrow.

The Best - Hidden Gem

Awesome! The best! Fantastic! go for it! I guarantee they will be the number one in a years time. Its just that no body knows them as they haven't made aggressive marketing but get in now when no body knows about it and use to your edge.

Pros

I have tested atleast 20 linkedin and email automation tool. Jobin is far the best, so intuitive and had amazing features. Others boost about it but at execution they are not even 10%. Jobin is as smooth and user friendly at it can be. But most importantly I literally haven't seen a better customer service. I feel bad they have such an amazing customer service for so low paid subscription. Imagine that!

Cons

Ah the compaign reporting feature... This is so important and this is the only thing missing which is in the pipe line I just cant wait it to be on

Great solution for sourcers, recruiters and TA managers. Also great team to work with. No issues at all.

Pros

I love the creation of the job description and the matching prioritization and really love the outreach and e-mail automations.

Cons

Have to use the workflow which I don't as a pipeline for the candidates. Love to have more integrations to my other tools like Bullhorn

Excelent product

As a trainer and speaker, I have a tested plenty of ATS and CRM models. Over the last 10 years, there is only one who not only met my expectations from the start and that is Jobin.cloud. What is even more impressive is that they are constantly exceeding my expectations.

Pros

We love everything about it. It is intuitive and easy to use. Their strong focus on privacy protection and compliance with privacy laws is extremely important in our industry.

Cons

Whatever we need, we let them know, the put in the feature into future iterations, so there is nothing about the product I don't like.

Finding Jobs Doesn't Have To Be Difficult

This tool helped the company find people for successful jobs. There are people working in the company who are fundamental for its development today. All of them were found using this tool.

Pros

Updatable database, Helps to create a profile of the person, with all his characteristics and personal details; It has a Kanban style CRM which is a very attractive way of working; The tool has an email campaign system; Sortable filters help you find the right people for the right jobs; Last but not least is the automation with LinkedIn that makes everything more attractive.

Cons

We noticed slowness in updating some records and also in moving "cards" from one phase to another in the CRM

Good integration with LinkedIn

Good ATS for recruiters

Pros

We like integration with LinkedIn, bulk messages, and templates for messages. Excellent customer support.

Cons

There is no possibility to tag team members in comments in the ATS. Also, comments on candidates are hidden from their profiles and you need to make several clicks to open comments in a separate window to read them. The system supports the export of CSV files and doesn't support JSON. You cannot upload many CVs in PDF or DOC in bulk, only manually one by one. I am sure that these features will be present in the near future because we communicated this to customer support.

Pros

The user interface on this tool is very good. Lots of graphics that are good if you are a visual type of user. Easy to navigate with multiple search filters and Linkedin automation.

Cons

Slow update of the database- when updating candidates on Linkedin you need to reload the Jobin page a few times to get the desired results.

A new up player in the space, worth checking out

The team is responsive and the product, whilst still in infancy, has been improving every single day. If you're someone who likes to be the first to adapt and play with new tech, check this company out.

Pros

Jobin is a multifaceted tool that fits perfectly within a recruiter's tech stack. It could even be a good ATS alternative for the small company or individual recruiter. I have been testing this software for a bit and have seen it evolve. Jobin's core functionality serves as an excellent layering over LinkedIn, serving as a tool for segmenting leads, finding new ones, and tracking them through your recruitment process. Especially like the way it makes bringing potential prospects into their platform from Linkedin.

Cons

There are certain UI functionalities that are still actively in development and enriching prospects' FULL profile from LinkedIn is a slower process at scale. This could also be a good thing as it stays under the radar and within Linkedin TOS.
