Beacon is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution designed to help organizations of all sizes manage donations, payments, charity events, campaigns, and more. The platform comes with a membership manager, which enables users to streamline signups, renewals, and monthly or annual subscription prices.
Beacon includes a gift aid module which allows enterprises to automate the submission of claims to HMRC, ensuring compliance with government regulations. The solution offers a host of features such as donor database, online payments, custom forms, data backup, direct emails, encryption, two-factor authentication, role-based permissions, and more. Besides, its grant manager lets users store applications in a centralized database and assign grants, set deadlines, or track statuses as they proceed through the pipeline.
Beacon’s session management functionality lets administrators prevent unauthorized access to member accounts and monitor donation sessions using an IP address, location, time, browser, and operating system. Plus, it integrates with various third-party applications including Gmail, MailChimp, Stripe, Dotmailer, GoCardless, and more.
