Easy Church Tools overview

Easy Church Tools is a provider of secure cloud hosted software solutions for churches, catering for congregation management, event registration and podcasting. Flagship product Connect Manage is a dashboard-based church management suite with centralized database capabilities for logging contacts. Add or import detailed people profiles, from files such as Excel and CSV, to build up key demographic data, notes, custom information and photos for the whole congregation. Lists can then be fully searched and filtered, viewing family relationships and acknowledging personal links to social networks like Facebook and Twitter. This contact database is then used to track attendances for single or recurring worship services and any kind of ministry event, with the ability to send email reminders.

BlueFire Donations is an additional module for event registration and accepting online donations. Using top grade SSL security, congregation members can register and pay for church events or place credit cards donations via a free professional merchant account. Connect Podcast similarly adds specific, standalone features for streaming sermons across the web with two pricing packages based on server storage.

As a church manager I have been using Easy Church Tools for about a year. I find it very easy to navigate. If there is a problem the people at East Church Tools jump on it right away and usually have it fixed within 24 hours. I love the fact that I can pull it up and have access to our complete church membership anywhere and anytime from my phone. I highly recommend this product.

Connect Manage / Easy Church Tools functions great and is very easy to use. I pastor a church with no administrative assistant and it's perfect for a non administrative non technical guy like me. It has plenty of power too. The software is created by a man who truly wants to make a quality product that will help the local church in its mission. Highly recommended.
