We used this service provider before it was integrated with RM. It is critical to be able to offer online payments to our tenants and prospects and this is an excellent product. The fact that it is fully integrated with RM makes receivables much easier.

This provides the ability for tenants to make payments and those payments automatically be entered into the system without additional manual entry.

Have had mixed experiences with Zego. Love that we are paperless with rent but have had recent hiccups with implemeting RUBS utility billing.

Allows for multiple options for our tenants to make online monthly rent payments and provides easy to use tracking and notification of NSF.

Tenants have many ways they can pay weather they are on vacation, in the hospital, or forgot to pay. They can even pay from home.

They're alright. The TWA / Utilities portal was difficult to navigate and their support takes a while

Zego allows my tenants to make monthly rent payments and integrate them directly into rent manager

We use them to pay vendors. They are the best one that Rent Manager has right now but they could improve. Better oversight when a payment doesn't go through... and making sure when a vendor asks to be paid a certain way they actually do that.

Payables function is critical. Avid is terrible. Zero customer support basically. Training links on their sites go to Error 404 Not Found.

It makes ap much easier and allows out of town owners to have more control over bill payments.
