TenantCloud is a rental property accounting and management software that provides Landlords, Tenants and ServicePros with personal portals to manage online rent collection, communication, and maintenance requests. As a multitasking system, TenantCloud includes rental accounting, advertising and invoicing capabilities in addition to tenant screening and application status tracking functionality. From the landlord portal, users can access basic accounting information, perform background checks on potential tenants, and schedule service reminders. Landlords can also create websites to list and market their properties, post vacant rentals to various listing websites through ILS (Internet Listing Service) syndication, and capture rental agreement signatures with e-signature technology. With online payments, TenantCloud enables users to accept rent securely online. TenantCloud equips users with a separate portal for tenants. From the tenant portal, users can complete online rental applications, make rental payments, and submit visual maintenance requests. Using tenant match technology, TenantCloud serves to suggest relevant property listings to prospective tenants. Since TenantCloud tracks and manages rental activity, tenants have access to a complete record of all of their rental activity including rental agreements, receipts and move in/out photos. TenantCloud enables users to create a ServicePro profile designed to help users advertise their business or services and find new customers. Through the ServicePro profile, TenantCloud allows users to receive new job opportunities, manage orders and send quotes.
