I don’t like how the system update in real-time when you made administrative level changes and doesn’t ask you to conform the change. It’s too sleazy to make a mistake like that.

Why I’ll never leave Mangomint

We absolutely love MangoMint at our med spa office. The staff has always given us an immediate response when we had concerns, they are open to hearing new ideas, and then celebrate your little wins with you. Our patients also love how easy it is to use, and the constant reminder texts for appointments they send. The software is extremely easy to us, cleanly organized, and modern. We have had little to none issues since using it, would highly recommend.

Mangomint is a game changer

Ian:                                                   My name's Ian. I am a co-owner at Renewal Skin Studio. We have about five employees and I rate Mangomint at a 5.
                                                       Prior to Mangomint, we were using Square and Acuity, two different softwares that didn't really match together for booking and for payment. Mangomint was able to combine the two.
                                                       We chose Mangomint because of the style, the ease of being able to embed the booking into our already existing website, and the cost and ease of the POS system for our employees and for our customers.
                                                       Mangomint was pretty simple to get started. They helped us a lot with importing all our context and our customers over from Square and Acuity. Once we had all the systems in place, it was a snap really. The customer service reps were great with helping us set up and responded quickly with any questions that we had.
                                                       If you're thinking about switching your software POS platform, you should choose Mangomint. Mangomint has been a really simplified and easy way to get all our customers... Just check out to payroll, to reports, everything is right there and easy to use and access.
