Front desk management tools include a point of sale system that allows refunds to be processed and discounts applied to keep customers happy.
Businesses can manage their service offerings and offer customers the ability to purchase services in bulk. Customer management features allow for the recording of every customer interaction, allowing staff to effectively sell products and services. Automated inventory management provides notifications to alert staff of when to order new products and the resource management functionality helps staff to manage service rooms and/or equipment.
