Great time using Vanilla Soft! I have received assistance with the program, set up, and continued use within 24 hours (if not within 5 minutes on the phone). They have responded quickly when needing configurations outside of my admin and have a system that is useful for my phonathon fundraising! There have been times where I have had to call more than once for a recurring issue, but it has resolved within a few days of contact. Thank you Vanilla Soft.

Really efficient CRM system, very underrated in my opinion.

This is actually a very good CRM platform

VanillaSoft is used to manage sales leads.  We are in a remote location who is working from a different time zone than the corporate office.  However, this software is versatile and easy to manage no matter where your agents are located.

                                                       The business problems that I've been able to solve using VanillaSoft is it's just so easy to use. It's easy to upload our leads so we can effectively market the appointments and schedule them for our salespeople.
                                                       It's very easy to use. You can correct the title or the person's name. You can change the address, email address. You can email the prospects. You could schedule the appointments within the CRM. It's very, very easy to use. I love it.
                                                       The only problem that I ever had with VanillaSoft is when we linked it with a cellphone and I couldn't get the cellphone to stop dialing.
