I was also pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to navigate through the online customer service. Each time I had a question there was always someone there immediately to help with answers.

The bugs...I know they are unavoidable at times, but also can be frustrating.

We experienced a number of minor glitches. First, the software would confuse size and identifying number in customer comments causing us to have to manually correct carts.

I enjoy how it’s integrated with Facebook, allows me to process my comments easily and invoice easily.

Self employed 

The price is a little to steep to pay for the program itself and they take out another % from Paypal.

Splitting an order costs more for shipping than one large order. I already pay them monthly and they take a percent of my commissions.

Once I’m done setting up it’s fine, but to get started it takes me hours to get started. Safari doesn’t work so I have to figure out what works best.

Can’t use it to its full ability too difficult and need more basic training videos without jargon. Difficult to easily download new inventory need to enter one and a time

Overall, I felt that comment sold is a very valuable tool in our business. It has completely revolutionized the way that we do are selling. And in my industry, I’m one of only two people that have an app. So it’s very intriguing to potential vendors to work with us.

So far my experience has been really good. I love how easy it makes it for others to shop with us. Some of the people that work for the company are not so knowledgeable.

I do not like the fact that 3% of all sales are taken from orders.  I wish there was a way to negotiate a percentage based off overall sales.  Customer service overall has been top notch and amazing.  I get an answer on everything we ask and that is something that we hold highly.

Commentsold automates so much of our business, so that we can spend time marketing and taking care of our customers. It also allows us to not have to manage/respond to every single comment. We have a website included in our monthly package that is seamlessly integrated to our customer shopping account and backend. We have coupon features, shipping features, app features, constant bug fixes and updates. Their customer service is AMAZING! We have a live chat available with crazy fast responses. We have access to customer service reps by simply scheduling a call. They are LITERALLY worth so much more than we pay monthly. We could NOT run our retail business without them. Simple as that.

I love that they are constantly working to improve the software and make it better. They take all customer suggestions and review and implement them if possible. They care about how the users feel about the software and the customer service is quick and direct.

Karissa:                                               Hi, I'm Karissa. I am the owner of my company and I give CommentSold a five out of five review, for more reviews like this click below. Before I used CommentSold, I had used Shopify for my online store and I just was not really getting the traffic that I needed to continue. So I went from there to Squarespace and Squarespace was not really helping either. So I decided to transition to CommentSold, which has a great connection to Facebook and allowing you to do lives through Facebook to help your online store grow.
                                                       I chose CommentSold for multiple reasons. One of them a friend had recommended the product or the software for me, and I really trusted her opinion. I also chose CommentSold because of the direct connection with Facebook and Instagram, making it super easy to run my business and CommentSold is a very easy platform to work on. The people are very helpful in helping you figure out what you need to do with the platform. And overall, it has just been a really great experience.
                                                       For the most part getting started with CommentSold was super easy. They have the plan to get you started laid out. There were a few hiccups on my end, but nothing that the support team could not help me with. So I was very pleased with getting started and getting the ball rolling and the help that I received. I definitely recommend CommentSold if you have an online retail business, because CommentSold is really going to help you take your business a step further and integrating it into social media platforms. That's where your customers are. So that's where you want to be having your online business and CommentSold is perfect for that.
