Our solution brings together document security, automated watermarking and file tracking capabilities at a fixed affordable price. Digify combines HIPAA-compliant document security with an array of digital rights management features such as access control and copy permissions, which enable users to make a file accessible for viewing only if needed. Additional features include terms of access (like an NDA for the data rooms), file index enabling users to reorder files inside the data room, and role permissions for admins to be able to invite and people to their data rooms as either a co-owner, contributor or viewer. Users can upload files from their computer or directly import from cloud storage platform such as Dropbox, Box and Google Drive, create an unlimited number of virtual data rooms, and invite multiple users to view them at any time. Digify also has built-in file tracking and statistics that enable users to view a summary on file or document activity including the number of times it has been viewed, the location from where it was accessed, the duration of time it was open, and whether it had been downloaded or printed. Users can receive email or mobile app alerts to be notified of when a data room has been accessed, and admins can view statistics on where, when and how the documents were used.
