I like how easy it is to use this form, I like how inexpensive it is to get 1000 forms and design customization. I love how easy it is to add to a website or blog.

I like most about Zoho forms is its ability to business forms online and to share for all of us usage. This integrated app enables  me to use my data smartly and helps to manage my email alerts.

Before I started using Zoho Forms, I watched some video tutorials to get started on the right foot, and so far I have done very well with this software. It is an intelligent system that gives us overall control over the distribution of forms; organizing the results to manage specific needs.

With a little creativity, you can use Zoho Forms for multiple purposes.

Using this has been positive.  There are other forms that I could use that integrate with my website, but I prefer to embed Zoho Forms because of the integration with other Zoho appls.

                                                       I use Zoho Forms as well as the people in my company for LOIs, drafts, other in-house documents. Basically, for all our documents, it definitely helps out a lot.
                                                       My favorite thing about Zoho Forms is the ease of the use, the storage, where it's a one-stop shop to find all my documents, how it helps you autofill in, and the advancement of technology for that.
                                                       Their lack of AI. But that could easily be changed in the future. So I'm looking forward to the growth with utilizing AI in Zoho Forms.

Very good form software with some minor flaws

So, the two other solutions that I considered, the first was Google Forms; which I found to be fine, but really didn't have a lot of the integrations or the customization features in terms of logic and integrations with other software that I wanted.
                                                       The second solution I looked at was Formstack Forms, which worked okay for what I needed, but it was really expensive for my needs. And I just found that it wasn't a really good fit. So, the biggest reason that I chose Zoho Forms was the integration with the rest of the Zoho suite. Additionally, I found the support to be really helpful in terms of when I had issues with things and during my trial process asking about how this worked? Or how that worked? I found the support to be really helpful.
                                                       And then the final piece was the direct integration with Zapier and with other integration software. So, I found the Onboarding and integration process of Zoho Forms to be really straightforward. They have a really in depth how to guide and FAQ online about various issues you may have.
                                                       And then in the instances where I've had specific technical questions about how do I integrate this? Or how do I get this to stop showing up? In terms of logic, in terms of a logic step, or something else. I've been able to email support and they generally get back to me within half a day.
                                                       My biggest recommendation would be to really think about what you're using forms for. I think that a lot of times people will use a form when maybe there might be some other solution available or will use another solution when there might be a form available.
                                                       And so, I think that really kind of starting the process by figuring out what the purpose of a form is? And then building from there, your logic, and your other considerations of how you're going to integrate that. That would be my biggest recommendation.
