So far it has the only offline feature for a form maker. It also comes with an android app which is very convenient.

It has no pricing for additional users but only has a fixed plan. We only submit a few forms per month but we do need additional user accounts at a reasonable price within our budget.

This software is a breeze to use and has saved me a lot of time. As we often have to modify a form, Zoho forms allow me to change just that section, quickly and without fuss. Once submitted, the form is emailed directly to the required recipient or recipients, which is easily set up in the settings for individual forms.

The thing I find most frustrating is the fact that I can't delete users and have to write to support to get them deleted. Doesn't happen often, but it would be better to have in house control over this.

We need to manage our leads and contacts and zoho forms is the perfect tool for the job. It's easy to integrate and to run it.

at the beginning the customization is not so easy but you can figure it out just trying. there is nothing else

Easy to use, easy to customise and set controls for users or recipients. Can control access, a frequency limits and add security to protect against bots.

More visual / creative settings would be a nice addition but functionally it works very well and is reliable.

Covers most question types, good options for delivery and embedding and nice results dashboard. Good solution when you need more than a basic questionnaire/survey.

Branding options are a bit tricky but mostly solved by embedding on a branded page.

Zoho Forms is really efficient in helping me to create forms or requests between consumers and clients. It is very well structured, with availability to enter checkboxes, multiple choice, phone number and others. The configuration offered to the end user is easy to perform. The creation of pages and sections is easy. It is perfectly ready to work with other Zoho products. Fields can be shown and hidden. Variables can be duplicated, which already developed can be used as a resource in other forms which saves time. It can be deployed anywhere and gives you everything you need to design smoothly, you can share it on social networks, websites and the like for more successful data collection.

*I would like it to open more doors to integrations with software outside the Zoho ecosystem, although it is very well integrated with Zoho products, other applications are more flexible. *Moving away from the free version for more professional and scalable performance and features; a combination of plans is necessary to be more feature rich and reduce the price.

It really satisfies form or data entry needs for companies using zoho suites, this helps keeping everything integrated within one environment.

It could be better to implement visual edits in the CSS part of the forms but with workarounds you can easily solve this.

Zoho forms is a good tool one can use in the organization for data collection and capturing purposes.

Integration with other software is a limitation.

Zoho is real one of my best app on consulting business. They have tons of integration options and you can use lots of them free. Amazing tool.

To be honest, I wouldn't say anything negative.

I really like the ease of use it offers for handling the wide variety of features of the form builder. Allows you to receive instant notifications to always keep us informed. Viewing and analyzing the data is very nice and easy, with export as spreadsheets. It facilitates the collection of data by sending the form links through social networks.

It has a learning curve that can be minimized with extensive documentation.

ease of use and simplicity in integration with Zoho CRM. integrates well with workflows. and the published forms render well on all devices - web, mobile with responsive rendering. possibility os restrictive sharing is a good feature that can be useful for restricted data collection .

publishing info back from Zoho crm was a bit of a challenge but this also was possible with some workaround.

I find it easy to design forms using Zoho Forms. It has the functionalities that I need. I can embed it on my site or give someone the link, as needed. Embedding on my site is useful because I can easily integrate the data with other Zoho apps, as is applicable.

The person who fills in the form does not get an email of their filled-in form.

Zoho has a variety of tools, and as an researcher, I use a handful of them. Forms is my favorite of all the items. I've created some rather extensive forms with a LOT of restrictions, and they function fine! It's great that it can be tweaked in so many ways. We've paid for our subscription, which allows us to change the backdrop of the form and add our corporate logo.

The only thing I don't like about them is that they provide a large range of membership options at exorbitant prices. I'd like to see them combine several plans and lower their rates.

We wanted a form creator that allowed us to create different types of forms for internal use. We've got sales contact forms for our salesmen to use on the road when meeting new customers. We've got forms for our production employees to submit when they have damages. All the forms send automaticaion notifcations to the proper people, and are store in the easily accessible database online. This is exactly what we needed.

I wish they had more templates. We never use the exact templates, but use them and edit to fit our needs. The template selection is pretty sparse though, and would love to see more options.

Everytime I think I've uncovered all the gems that Zoho has to offer, such as two of my favorites, Contact and Writer, I discover another one. Adding fields can be a bit slow on underpowered machines. But that's about the only con I can think of.

It is easy to create logical form flows, show and hide sections based on the input of previous fields. It is also pre-integrated into the vast suite of Zoho products.

A few things are overlooked at present limiting some functionality, but I imagine Zoho will address these issues very quickly.

Easy, intuitive and quick to use, creating forms for small business. Lots of choice when it comes to form field types e.g. multiple choice, checkbox, file upload, text etc. Can use own business branding on the form too.

Can't really fault the software for what I use it for.

Internet based form builder that backs up data on the cloud. Drag and drop for generator that is user friendly and smooth. Ability to create, collect, and share data with multiple users.

Software is expensive once the free trial is over. Template designs are limited compared to similar products. Large difference between the free and paid version.

I like this software because it makes building forms incredibly easy. The biggest advantage is that it integrates directly with Zoho CRM which if you are using any Zoho products than using their other applets can be very beneficial. We can have people fill out forms at events and that information populates directly into our CRM that we have through Zoho.

I did not like the tech support. It is not as big of a product like Zoho CRM so with the CRM, Zoho Corporation offers chat support where as with the Forms applet they don't have a dedicated team to help with any issues. I would have to email them and wait for a response which was time consuming. I'm sure they will have that changed in the future though.

I like most about Zoho forms is its ability to business forms online and to share for all of us usage.This integrated app enables me to use my data smartly and helps to manage my email alerts

I do not see any cons in Zoho form software ans it gives us only benefits. The user friendliness is also more important

Very customize-able, ability to require fields, can create documents (custom) from form entries, and send out email notifications. Can create rules too.

I have yet to have any complaints with this software. Perhaps adding handwriting and text recognition for mobile devices (such as iPad Pro and Apple Pencil) would be nice.

Zoho Forms is an easy-to-use form creator. It allows you to create custom forms or use recommended templates. It was simple to incorporate the forms into our website.

The free plan only lets you create three forms and has Zoho's branding. It does allow you to grow into the platform though.

The ease of use has to be the best part I believe. It's so easy and simple to use on a PC or on a mobile device. I love it!!

Not a lot to say about this part. I guess if I had to pick one thing, it would be the trial of the software only allows you to create a couple of forms to use.

Impactful features of Zoho Forms are as such;- 1) Simple Drag and Driop interface, easy to use. 2) Customization of forms as per the need. 3) Securoity of Forms. 4) Shareable forms. 5) Workflow automation. It was super easy for us to use Zoho Forms and it will be for you too. Integration process of Zoho Forms with our existing business was really easy and fun.

things which I would like to get improved in Zoho Forms are as such:- 1) Overall speed of the app at which is loads. 2) Forms Customization should be more shooting like TypeForm. Apart from these 2 everything else about Zoho Forms is amazing. No, it was never a difficult product for us to use. The integration of Zoho Forms with our existing business was not at all difficult.
