NinjaPipe overview

What is NinjaPipe?

NinjaPipe is a cloud-based CRM and sales pipeline platform built for solopreneurs, small to mid-sized sales teams, freelancers, agencies, and growing businesses across industries including real estate, legal, home services, insurance, solar sales, fitness, coaching, and marketing. It consolidates lead management, deal tracking, client communication, invoicing, and automation into a single platform, reducing dependence on multiple disconnected tools. Mobile apps for iOS and Android extend pipeline and contact management to field sales and door-to-door teams.

Core functionality spans a unified inbox aggregating Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp, and SMS; trigger-based multi-step automation workflows for email and SMS follow-ups; branded and white-labeled client portals with CNAME support; invoicing, quotes, subscriptions, and recurring order management; and a document library with built-in contract signing via Ninja DocSign. Additional capabilities include built-in lead capture forms, Facebook Leads integration, email campaign designer, calendar and booking pages, door-to-door territory mapping with route planning, revenue and expense tracking dashboards, whiteboards, data stores, and webhooks. A REST API, Zapier, Pabbly, Albato, and n8n integrations, along with connections to Slack, Google Calendar, and GitHub, support custom workflow extensions.

AI capabilities are powered by GPT-4o integration, enabling automated drafting of emails, SMS, and messages directly within workflows and day-to-day sales tasks. Users can supply their own OpenAI API key. MCP (Model Context Protocol) support allows external AI assistants to read and write CRM data, including contacts, companies, deals, projects, tasks, forms, and pipelines, using natural language via a workspace API key. Pricing starts at $9/month with a no-credit-card free tier, positioning NinjaPipe as a lower-cost alternative to enterprise CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive.
