We've been working with Quidget for a few months now, and the overall impression is positive. We use Quidget to make chat widgets that easily link to our AI model, it’s currently working on our main webpage. This lets us show how our AI works directly in the chat, giving a hands-on demo of what our model can do.
The one thing I didn’t enjoy was quite limited analytics, but I hope the Quidget team is planning to expand it soon. Will definitely use it.

I used Quidget to create a simple button-based chatbot. I was very impressed with the chatbot flow builder interface: you can place nodes in any order, mark them by color, and visually build the structure conveniently without getting lost.
One downside is the lack of navigation to search for a node by name, and using search shortcut doesn't work well in this case.

Quidget.ai is convenient to use. The onboarding was surprisingly fast, and our bot handle numerous requests efficiently. Haven't tried the custom builder yet, only AI bots, and we've used integrations, specifically Slack and Whatsapp.
The integration pool is lacking a little at the moment. We're hoping for Zendesk and Google Docs integration soon.

We use Quidget as a round-the-clock support bot. It was easy to set up and customize. It works well with WhatsApp and Slack.
We tried to use the webhook feature in custom builder, and it took some time. There are instructions available, but I'd prefer a video tutorial or similar to make it easier.
