100% free CRM, collaboration and communication tool suite
What users mention about Bitrix24 See all reviews I am overall not pleased with this CRM but for a small company in it's first few years, it is cheap and good for small projects. Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.
Interactive intranet and collaboration hub for business.
What users mention about Jive See all reviews Overall experience with Jive has been horrible. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemies. Jive is very friendly to use and it is so easy to use. The customer representatives do a very good job. We've always enjoyed using Jive at our office. Whenever we need any help, their customer service has been excellent.
The Essential Platform for Frontline Workers
What users mention about Beekeeper See all reviews Beekeeper is a great and fun tool to connect with colleagues, share information, and communicate directly via chat. Beekeeper is easy to install and does not need a lot of explanation. We definitely improved the employee engagement in our company; in addition to that, the customer support is proactive and helpful (which helped a lot during the implementation phase). We've added fun projects to keep engagement on Beekeeper high so that our company continues to use it. It's a great tool for both employee engagement and communication.
The People Engagement® platform.

One of the best parts i would say is the people sections, it is nice cause it allows you see everyone from your company and this is nice when you have several offices like i do. Easy to use and setup with good support from the on-boarding team and regular catch-ups over the time period. The library is a great tool with good security and functionality.

I was a little apprehensive about using this software as we have very limited experience.
Intranet & communications platform for digital workplaces
What users mention about Hub See all reviews I like the software is nimble -- it is easy to change things quickly. There are several useful features as well. I really like its simplicity and ease of use. We had relatively basic requirements (no integration with our own systems) and therefore I wanted something that would be quick to develop. It was a relatively easy implementation and the features of the product out of the box satisfied 80% of our requirements. Once you know your way around it admin and updating is straightforward.

Another positive thing is that it very easy to embed pages, links, pictures and multimedia. I can quickly compose articles that look nice and are useful. Compared to the software we used before, Bloomfire is smart, easy to use and also really easy to update. Our teams love how smart the search is and like how easy it is to bookmark commonly used links.
Email management software and shared inbox for teams
What users mention about Front See all reviews Easy to use, scalable to any size company and has a fantastic phone app. Customer support is good and it was easy to install and set up the software. This is just a feature request rather than a complaint, but I can have all the conversations in an email opened by default instead of the collapsed view. Previously, we attempted to use Gmail to accomplish this, but Front does a great job of managing the workflow of sharing one email and collaborating effectively.

Create, organize, and discuss work with your team
What users mention about Atlassian Confluence See all reviews I absolutely love Confluence. I am a pack rat when it comes to process and project documentation, and Confluence is my perfect companion for sharing that info in an easy and beautifully formatted way. Its integration with JIRA is one of the best benefits that we've enjoyed. You can highlight the text of the task in the minutes or in the project description and add it as a JIRA task. This is a good platform for documenting stuff and using it company wide. You can arrange pages in a fine manner which is good because everything stays at place then and does not become cumbersome.

This is extremely frustrating to users when its clear the moderator does not understand the problem or simply makes a mistake. Easy to use Ability to segregate content into "spaces" if necessary Excellent help and support. I have never had to wait to talk to the vendor. Gamification elements like badges, reputation points. What users mention about Backlog See all reviews It is wonderful the system of assignment of tasks and notifications that allows to always take the project to the day and with the priorities to solve. It is a designer and programmer friendly tool where it's easy to collaborate without any noticeable hassles. I liked the inclusion of the Wiki as well, and I like the tiered subscription model they use, making it easy to find a level of feature availability that suites your team's needs. What users mention about Wimi See all reviews Wimi is simply not one of these tools that I am looking for. I appreciate the effort, I like web browser like conceptualizations but I had the feeling that too many things have been squeezed in there. Very reactive and nice customer support. I feel confident for the important documents we share. It's a perfect solution to manage projetcs and share quickely informations with members of your team. I extremely recommend WIMI for people who have projects to do.
Communication and collaboration platform for teams
What users mention about Flock See all reviews One of the most useful aspects of Flock is the ability to create and engage with various different channels seamlessly. This allows for more effective and efficient communication. Sending an email following a missed message is crowding my inbox. But overall, I can't think of any serious dislikes. Flock is a great connective tool for our company. It is a streamlined platform with which we can connect with each other, which is important since we rarely meet as a group.
Project Management Made Easy
What users mention about monday.com See all reviews The managers are able to have a high-level view of how progress is going, while the team can see the daily details of each and every task. The layout is fun, colorful, and most importantly clean. The feature that I liked the most and is the most impactful is the ability to integrate with other software applications to bring in data to Monday.com. It creates a seamless integration. Monday.com is a great tool in my experience for smaller teams who need a robust solution to help with project alignment and goal setting.
Manage your projects from start to finish with Wrike
What users mention about Wrike See all reviews The Gantt chart is amazing and very handy as a project management tool and good for scheduling. It has a Customized automated workflows, and also can be integrated with so many popular Apps. Then they deactivated our account with no warning, and when I asked they said "it's written on the invoice. I supposedly had access to a CSM, but they never called. We want to stress that we love and recommend Wrike mostly for its ability to combine what we see as available features from other applications under one umbrella.
Project and work management for teams of all sizes.
What users mention about Asana See all reviews Using the free version currently and the free version is good enough for my management. I like the user interface, its very colourful and very easy to understand and navigate even for non-IT user. I did not use Asana to it's potential due to lack of branding and it not being top of mind as compared to some of its competitors. The tool is dull and makes a project look boring. It is a super customizable platform to assign tasks and track them so that all team members have a good workload. The online support is also very helpful.
Visual collaboration tool for shared project perspectives
What users mention about Trello See all reviews Total frustration and annoyance. The boards didn’t make sense, it was hard to work with a group and it took a total project golden retriever (me) and turned me into an inspiration-drained napper. It was a wonderful experience using them for my internal organizational needs as well as client boards. And it was amazing to have integrations to other tools to keep things flowing fast and easy. It was a godsend to be able to see tasks that were in progress, had stalled or were waiting on my input etc. It's fantastic for collating information and for keeping dibs on my team and my own duties.
A single place for team communication and workflows
What users mention about Slack See all reviews As of today, the only downside that I've been experiencing is missing notifications. It has amazing interface where we can join various channels. The tool is super easy to use, it opens up the lines of communications across teams and the org, and you can have so much fun while doing. It's great for boosting team moral and spirit.
Project management, task tracking, & professional goal tools
What users mention about ClickUp See all reviews We were using Trello, and while we loved it for its simplicity, it was just too simple for our needs. Clickup is significantly more robust, and their support is amazing. Too complex for an individual's needs, sometimes illogical, and a terrible android app is the icing on the cake. I like rich set of features and ease of use. Very useful and cost effective tool for organising and delegating tasks.

Helpdesk, customer support software
What users mention about HappyFox See all reviews We find that clients are much more likely to submit a ticket for a problem rather than post-it notes on your door or stopping you in the hall with a problem. Great response from the sales team. Beyond that, it has not been a great experience. It tracks customer support tickets very well. It can automatically filter for certain content and then place the ticket into the appropriate category or assign them to the appropriate support person.

What users mention about Miro See all reviews We work with remote team in Barcelona and Warsaw and we have successfully been having workshops/brainstorming sessions with Miro, which makes it fun and efficient. It was super easy to convert from the free version to the full version. Did not lose anything in the process and the added benefits of the full version are well worth the price. I had an initial love affair with Realtimeboard and had a subscription since 2016/17. Growth and then VC funding last year together with the re-branding debacle are forcing me to re-think that love.
Team workflow, SOP and recurring process management platform
What users mention about Process Street See all reviews The worst part is the cancelation procedure which is q manual "request to cancel" and appears to be ignored. I canceled 2 days before the billing date through the website, then I was STILL charged. Process Street is outstanding for both documenting our processes and for tracking work in progress. We use it for both, and have saved tons of time and money. We're slowly finding ways to implement this more and more into our systems. We have a support person on Process Street that's super helpful and responsive to our many questions.
Digital asset management with service beyond compare
What users mention about Widen Collective See all reviews Assets are served up quickly around the world and it is a very stable platform. When technical issues do arise, they are very communicative about their progress of solving the issue. Widen is a very useful asset to our team. It has room for improvement, but overall it helps us accomplish our tasks and has rarely failed. I like that Widen is an easy way to find assets. It is helpful for a large company--because everyone knows where to find the assets that they need.

EP's commitment to helping and listening to their customers has also been a great asset. We were satisfied and up untill now are happy to have such an easy in-use and simple tool. Special thanks to a Support Team that is promptly reacting to any of our requests. Easy Projects is so incredibly easy to use and the company really loves feedback on how to improve. That is something I can appreciate as my company strives for continuous improvement.
Create magazines, catalogs, brochures and other publications
What users mention about Flipsnack See all reviews I have sent them several screen shots of the two and the obvious discrepancy and I have been getting back lame answers, mainly blaming me. Today they admitted to the bug. The interface is very user friendly and easy to use. Definitely was a great decision to go with flipsnack and i would recommend anyone to do the same. It would be great if it had the ability to create subscriptions, with automatic sharing via email. While ours is free, we use it as a tool to share our internal initiatives.
Cloud-based & on-premise document management
What users mention about DocuWare See all reviews Lack of documentation and information on the web to troubleshoot problems on your own. The company does not seem invested in its clients' education of how to use the product. The DocuWare setup team really works with you and helps you customize the software for your needs. It's electronic identification of scanned documents and intelligent filing is top notch. Overall experience has been good, its saves our files which is what we need. I would give the software a 10 if it had a few more tools/options to modify and save the files.

What users mention about Bynder See all reviews Easy to manage and tag assets; version control of all assets; easy to share assets out with internal stakeholders, clients and prospects using collections. What I love most about Bynder is just user friendly the interface is. Everything is in the right place, which makes it super simple to figure out on your own, with little to no guidance. Great software with loads of possibilities, customisable options and an excellent customer support service. Definitely a recommendation for companies that depend on high quality images.
API-first Content Management System
What users mention about Contentful See all reviews I like to recommend you to use Contentful, because it is user friendly, and more professional in developing your projects. There are aspects that are difficult, and sometimes hard to keep tabs on what is active and hard to back track if something does go wrong. Good for scalability, advanced validation would be a great next feature.
