Better knowledge of company's activities to it's staff, Higher level of Employee Engagement and Recognition even via non-monetary appreciations, endorsements and recognition, Faster Communication between employees and with management using chats. Involvement of team in events small and big happening across multiple locations and many more advantages.

Pros
A good communication and collaboration tool. I have doctors and their trainees, subordinates residing in multiple cities. Sharing files from the portal and updating latest activities from every location is done with ease. A good community portal. Rewards and recognition is one of the best features of Creative Social Intranet

Cons
I'm sure they are continuously developing their intranet with new features. They can improve AI further for the software.

It is simple, Fast and can be fully customized as per company needs & UI. It has some well designed features like Employee Dashboard, News, Birthdays, Photo & Video Gallery etc. This portal is very well designed & developed so as to fit for all sorts of organization / company needs as far as Employee Engagement & communication is concerned in general. Its simple design & fully customizable feature allows you to develop & add mode modules to it.

Cons
