Last but not least having a simple BI like dashboard view to click on is the icing on the cake!!

Cons

Excel import tool seems to default colors to status type fields vs allowing user to configure ahead of time or during the loading process.

Monday.com helps team members to analyze task quickly that they need to work on, workflows are based on the collaborative needs across department such as IT management and administrator team to ensures the stage gates are rightly set for an efficient collaboration. The inbuilt Project management tool can adopt the kaban or gantt chart style for those who love project updates on those charts, Especially useful for users who are used to the traditional type of Project management functionality, and the updates bar in real time.

Cons

Non registered users cannot see any data or reports even in view only mode, so managing users info has no value with out getting them registered on monday.com.

Interface can be customized to suit any needs, information is quickly and easily shared, people who do not use monday.com can be invited to participate on invited boards easily.

Cons

Changes in status on an action item in a board can only be done by inserting a comment - perhaps a "bullet point"or sub-line can be inserted to indicate major changes to an item or line, but that line is not yet closed so it cannot be archived.
