Onna overview

What is Onna?

Onna is a platform for real-time search across multiple repositories that aids in eDiscovery and finding high-value items across legal departments. Integrations are built with major cloud services and storage repositories. Data is collected in a defensible manner and can be exported in standard eDiscovery format for assessment in document review platforms. Sources can be set to sync continuously, creating an up-to-date fully searchable environment. The platform can be hosted on the cloud or deployed on-premise.

Onna integrates with Zendesk, Slack, Confluence, Dropbox, JIRA, Quip, Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, OneDrive, and more, and users can also drag-and-drop files to upload. Additionally, Onna offers enterprise data sources like G-Suite and Microsoft 365.

Data is automatically identified, collected, processed, and indexed, with optical character recognition (OCR) and natural language processing to maintain metadata integrity and create a fully searchable repository of all data and files. Users can refine their searches with a range of filters, including file types, locations, date ranges, and more.

Onna enables users to connect their organization’s entire knowledge base in a single platform. Recommendations are generated based on analysis of the organization’s most popular files, and data can be exported for review in other platforms. The Groups feature allows the breakdown of information silos to improve collaboration, and knowledge management streams can be created incorporating files stored in any location. User roles and access permissions can be configured at a granular level, ensuring full control over which content each user can access.

Key benefits of using Onna

  • Data can be collected, processed, and indexed from a range of file repositories, email systems, servers, and computers, with native integrations for Outlook, Gmail, Slack, Office 365, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Confluence, Quip, JIRA, and more. Once data is collected, Onna acts as a central point of access for enterprise knowledge.

  • Data is automatically processed using optical character recognition (OCR) and natural language processing, while maintaining eDiscovery-level metadata integrity to enable full searching of all data. Once sources are connected to Onna, data is always processed, indexed, and searchable, greatly reducing the time for eDiscovery collections.

  • The advanced search enables users to narrow their search criteria by file type, location, date, and other filters.

  • Onna offers pre-trained models to identify contracts within unstructured data.

  • User roles and permissions can be defined at a granular level to control which content each user can access.

  • Onna can be hosted on the cloud or deployed on-premise.
