What is SigniFlow?

SigniFlow is an integrated solution that helps businesses manage and streamline document workflows by collecting digital signatures in compliance with AES & eIDAS regulations. Professionals can create parallel or sequential workflows by adding approvers, viewers, authorized signers, and other group of users in the platform.

SigniFlow allows internal and external parties to request clients’ signatures on legal documents, invoices, job cards, or contracts without creating new accounts in the system. It utilizes various security protocols, cryptographic algorithms, and recommended key lengths to minimize the exploitation of confidential information. Managers can import files using a drag-and-drop interface and view the status of documents as 'pending', 'circulating', 'cancelled', 'rejected', or 'completed'.

SigniFlow facilitates integration with various third-party applications such as Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Outlook, Draftworx, DocFlow, and more. It enables enterprises to design customizable templates and convert documents into editable forms by adding 'mandatory' and 'non-mandatory' check boxes or fields. It also helps users organize multiple documents into a single portfolio unit, share them with assigned contacts, and receive email notifications about new updates.

* can sign off-site * can delegate someone to sign for me * automation via email of the signing process in a transparent way * sign documents with signature validated by signiflow and globalsing by default * can integrate advanced electronic signatures from any provider * can integrate massive and automatic signatures for documents * can import documents of many types for your signature * Allows you to add information to documents and to be signed until you first enter this information * can integrate with HSM, CRM or ERP for more automation of processes * can integrate with Sharepoint * has validations that guarantee the non-impersonation of users (SMS OTP for example) * can install on my own servers but also in the cloud according to my needs

disminuyó el gasto el papel y tinta, ahora los procesos son más rápidos, se incrementaron los ingresos a la empresa ya que los clientes firman los contratos mas fácil sin la necesidad de estar presencial en la oficina.

la facilidad para subir documentos y crear flujos, el funcionamiento y rapidez para firmar documento cambio en mi empresa, post venta y soporte por parte de la marca es muy eficiente.
