Workspace by Facebook is a simple to use tool with cost-effective consideration to manage your business smoothly ranging from voice calls, video calls and lots more.

Pros
With Facebook Workplace, you have access to a large storage facility to store all the companies files and all the office 365 files without limit even with a free trial. You can link it with other APIs like stream monkey or Livestream the entire church services with this platform. It makes our day to day activities easier and simpler.

Cons
I currently do not have any disadvantage for this because, even the pricing is cost-effective, cheap and affordable, and it even offers a free trial for a small scale with few users.

Workplace by Facebook is a welcome innovation, and it makes company administration cheaper, that's with exception to the cost incurred by the service itself.

Pros
I like the genius about bringing a complete workspace to cloud by Facebook as this allows more for remote working hence lowering carbon emissions.

Cons
To be sincere, Workplace by Facebook is quite costly and that's why it's being mainly optimized by big, high-paying firms.

The greatest strength of Workplace for Facebook is that it has a familiar UI that makes it easy for anyone to use it. The pricing is really attractive - far cheaper than competing products. Pros
Workplace by Facebook provides the work team with a lot of tools at our fingertips and functionality to come together and accomplish many things as we are on the same page.

Cons

Facebook for business

Review Source: Capterra

Workplace is a great platform for the work environment, like a Facebook for business. But, we cannot fully trust it when we think about privacy, so we have to have some limitations on the use of it.

Pros
Extremely similar to Facebook, but with a business application. Workplace includes multiple solutions that can replace individual applications. For example, we don't need a messaging platform anymore as we have it integrated in Workplace. We can share files, photos, events and have met, voice calls, video calls, conferences all in one platform. It is really cheap and don't demand almost any big effort to implement.

Cons
The major con is related to privacy, Facebook is already being accused of invasion of privacy. If we think about all our company's information being present in Facebook serves, it can be scary, so we prefer to use it only for simple communication.
