What is Azuqua?

Azuqua lets business users connect their apps and automate repetitive manual tasks within minutes. A visual workflow designer allows users to synchronize data and integrate processes without having to code. Azuqua will monitor for new data or changed records, and then synchronizes data across all apps to ensure everyone is working against one version of truth. Azuqua will also monitor for events, such as new leads or a new customer on-boarding, and will trigger workflows to integrate processes across groups.

  • Azuqua's visual designer makes integration simple and enables users to start automating manual tasks within minutes.

  • Monitor and sync new and changed data across all apps to ensure you're working off one accurate version of a record.

    Azuqua greatly improves our workflow.

    Reviewed 4 years ago

With Azuqua we improve the ability to define our workflows and achieve integration with other products (Salesforce), it has a slightly complex learning curve due to poor documentation. But it works for what it was designed for.

    Pros

Azuqua is a very easy product to configure, we managed to link Salesforce with Smartsheets to achieve a great improvement in workflow and communication. With Azuqua we managed to increase and significantly improve employee productivity. In addition, we work perfectly from multiple platforms based on the cloud and we manage to automate the communication between our systems.

    Cons

It is necessary that Azuqua improve the documentation. It does not have clear documentation (it is very deficient). When the staff encounters a problem with Azuqua, it is practically impossible for them to solve it without obtaining help, due to the lack of documentation.

It lets normal people make integrations that IT would otherwise do

    Reviewed 6 years ago

I am discovering that Azuqua can do more and more. It is a platform that integrates not only software but also connects to APIs- and therefore your first-party business services. We use Azuqua currently to update multiple systems with customer data (Zendesk, Pipedrive, Marketo). It eliminates a lot of redundant work and syncs sales & marketing with up to date information. It also has strong data manipulation functions and as I mentioned can connect to your API which might be useful for you. Their customer success team is very responsive. The only difficulty is that it has a learning curve, but after you learn the ropes you can design your own integrations without IT's help.

    Pros

Can create fast integrations, lets non-technical users to create integrations, can connect SaaS and homegrown tools.

    Cons

There is a learning curve, but still easier than coding your own solution.
