CheckMarket is a cloud-based survey solution which enables users to create and conduct surveys in 47 languages, with survey templates, custom design and branding, multi-channel distribution, third party integrations, automatic notifications, real-time reporting, and more. The software can be used for any type of survey, from customer feedback to employee satisfaction, by organizations of all sizes.

CheckMarket’s WYSIWYG text editor allows users to create richly formatted surveys and email invitations without requiring knowledge of HTML. The inline question editor also lets users edit questions while viewing them as they will be seen by respondents. 20 different question types are available, with common types such as checkboxes, radio buttons, matrices, drop-down lists, and rating scales, and special types including Net Promoter Score (NPS), upload videos, photos, files, sliders, and more. Media files, such as images, PDFs, and flash elements, can be uploaded into a centralized repository and included in multiple surveys without requiring separate uploads each time.

While CheckMarket’s tools are available in English, French, and Dutch, the survey interface, including ‘Next’ buttons and specific instructions for required questions, can be offered in 40 different languages which include Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hebrew, Greek, Russian, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Turkish, and Swedish. Results from multilingual surveys are collected in a single pool, and can then be analysed together or separately. Data is presented in real time on the built-in dashboard, including response rates, bounced mails, survey status, remaining time, panel size, email queue, and more. Interactive real-time reports can be created as soon as a survey is launched, with filters allowing users to drill-down into the underlying data, and inbuilt text and sentiment analysis capabilities for automatic tagging of responses. Cross-tab analysis can also be carried out to visualize the relationships between responses given for two questions within a survey.

Excellent. I have the product I planned before I started at a reasonable cost.

The product helps to construct really flexible surveys, with conditional follow on questions that make the survey really quick and simple for the respondent, reducing the number of questions they need to complete to give you the data you need.

Its complex, because its so customisable, but the support is first class.

It does not require a great deal of software skills to use CheckMarket and programme your online survey. Furthermore, if anything does not turn out the way you planned, the CheckMarket team is ready to guide you through the software and show its possibilities. While the lay-out options are rather limited, each survey is appealing to respondents and yields a good response rate. The possibility to send a reminder to participate is a great feature that contributes to a high response and so are the tips and tricks that are posted online. Recently, our company also used the CheckMarket panel to survey a representative sample of 1 000 persons. We could monitor the response in real time and were able to close the survey after 10 days while it would have taken us weeks to reach the same group of people through alternative channels. It is definitely worth considering this way of distributing your online survey when you are looking for a high response rate among people with a certain profile in a short period of time. You can achieve great results by joining forces with the CheckMarket team!

It is easy to use, has a lot of features and the support team is easy to reach and helps you wherever possible.

The difficulty to change the lay-out of questions and the invitation mail. There are some buttons, but the options are limited.

If you make changes or corrections in the invitation mails, you have to click often to make the same changes in the remindermails.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with the Checkmarket tool and Customer Service so far. Keep the excellent work.

Very flexible to build surveys exactly for our needs. Userfriendly/easiness to use. Possibility to learn and work out logics/solutions oneself. Wide range of possibilities to improve layout and improve the experience for the people who will receive the surveys (question embedded in email, layout, personalizable email address and fields). Online formulare was built by the customer service team for us and combined with one survey, in order to make it easy for various internal teams to access a common survey and send surveys individually as when they need to - without even logging into the system. Excellent experience with your customer service who are very friendly and professional, trying to investigate/help straight away, and this not only now as we are clients (having purchased the license) but even also already during the set-up process and pilot phase with the free license.

At the moment I cannot even think of anything better.

Very user friendly and functional software. The helpdesk is easy to reach during office hours. The helpfulness of team is very good. Clear and often useful advice.

The options are not always flexible in programmation and/or output needs. For complexe skips on the questionnaire or specific needs in our exports we use workarounds instead of finding the solution in the software directly.

Users can set up conditions to trigger actions and real-time notifications in response to survey answers, delivered via SMS, email, Slack, Twitter, Zapier and more.

The WYSIWYG HTML and visual question editors allow users to fully customize the designs of their surveys and email invitations, with survey templates, themes, custom formatting, and the ability to embed images, audio, video, and other media types directly into surveys.

20 different question types are available, both common types including multiple choice questions with radio buttons, checkboxes, and dropdown lists, various matrixes, and ratings scales, and special types such as net promoter score (NPS), sliders, MaxDiff, and more.

Conditional branching, response piping, and page display logic can be added to surveys, allowing respondents to be routed to different pages based on their answers, demographics, or other metadata, and previous answers to be added into the text of following questions.

Surveys can be distributed through multiple channels, with users able to send personalized emails which include survey links, shorten links for sharing on social media, add website popups or embed surveys directly in web pages, send online survey invitations or machine-readable forms by mail, print survey-specific QR codes on promotional materials, invite participants by text message, and more.
