First, Dito CRM integrates a brand's physical and virtual stores, to unify the available data, from the name and address of the customers to their habits and purchase journey. After segmenting this data, the tool analyzes the best way and the right time to communicate with each group.

The software works with a multi-channel strategy, including email, SMS, and Facebook custom audience, from which it performs its segmented notification triggering. For performance analysis, the Dito CRM platform is also in charge of measuring the results obtained with the campaigns and delivering a final report with the delivery rates, opening, click, and revenue generated.
