Using the badge tool, users can design unique badges with QR codes or barcodes for scanning. Exhibitors can use a socket scanner or their phone’s camera to scan the attendee’s badges for leads, and follow up with them later. Users can rate their leads on the spot, take notes on prospects, and access them offline via their mobile device.
Business matchmaking and networking tools allow attendees to review exhibitor profiles and set up one-on-one meetings prior to the event. Exhibitors will then be able to access their personal meeting schedules directly via Eventdex’s mobile app. Customized event analytics dashboards and reports help users measure the event’s ROI, analyze success, boost productivity, and discover ways to cut costs.
Our B2B virtual matchmaking platform offers event planners the opportunity to connect buyers and sellers, startups and investors, corporates and MBEs, exhibitors and attendees digitally. Our AI-based algorithm matches profiles based on attendee defined preferences and streamlines the networking process for traditional buyer/seller meetings as well as the general attendee -to-attendee networking.
